pasta cooker with Propane (LP) gas, a Commercially Approved Regulator MUST be
installed on the pasta cooker in addition to the tank regulator. Units installed without
an external appliance regulator will cause damage to parts and will void the warranty.

DO NOT store or use gasoline or other flammable vapors and liquids in the vicinity of this or any other
appliance.
ALWAYS keep area around appliances free and clear of combustibles. Purchaser of equipment must
post in a prominent location detailed instructions to be followed in the event the operator smells gas.
Obtain the instructions from the local gas supplier.
In the event a gas odor is detected, shut down equipment at the combination gas valve and contact the
local gas company or gas supplier for service.
Contact with boiling water will cause severe burns. Always use caution.
ALWAYS make sure there is water in the pot before turning the equipment on. Operating the pot dry can
damage unit and will void warranty.

Avantco Equipment Pasta Cookers are intended for commercial use only. Not for household use.
Warranty will be void if service work is performed by anyone other than a qualified technician, or if other
than genuine Avantco Equipment replacement parts are installed.
