Anwendungen

Das TG I53 eignet sich zur Abnahme von verschiedensten

Instrumenten. Es empﬁehlt sich vor allem als Overheadmikrofon

im Schlagzeug- und Percussionbereich, für HiHat, Holz- und

Blechblasinstrumente, Gitarre und andere Saiteninstrumente.

Anschluss

Das TG I53 ist mit einem 3-poligen XLR-Stecker ausgestattet.

Sie können es an jeden symmetrischen Mikrofoneingang mit

einer Phantomspeisung von 12 - 52 V anschließen. Empfohlene

Phantomspeisung: 48 V

Aufstellung

• Aufgrund der frequenzunabhängigen Nierencharakteristik ist

der vordere Aufnahmebereich relativ groß und auch bei seit-

lichen Bewegungen des Instruments treten keine Klangver-

färbung auf.

• Um maximale Rückkopplungssicherheit zu erreichen, sollten

Sie das Mikrofon so positionieren, dass die Monitorbox von

hinten (Winkel ca. 180° zur Mikrofonachse) auf das Mikrofon

strahlt.

• Zum Lieferumfang des TG I53 gehört die Mikrofonklammer

MKV 109 für Stative mit 3/8" oder 5/8"-Gewinde.

Pﬂege

Bei Bedarf reinigen Sie das TG I53 mit einem angefeuchteten,

weichen Tuch. Wenn notwendig, können Sie ein mildes

Reinigungsmittel (z.B. Geschirrspülmittel) verwenden, auf keinen

Fall lösemittelhaltige Reiniger! Achten Sie darauf, dass keine

Flüssigkeit in den Mikrofonkopf gelangt.

Service

Im Servicefall wenden Sie sich bitte an autorisiertes Fachpersonal.

Öffnen Sie das Mikrofon auf keinen Fall selbst, Sie könnten sonst

alle Gewährleistungsansprüche verlieren.

Safety Information

• Protect the microphone from moisture and sudden impacts.

You could damage the microphone!

• Do not blow into the microphone and do not knock on the

microphone basket. Speak into the microphone or lightly

scratch the microphone head grill to check functionality.

Applications

The TG I53 is suitable for miking up a variety of instruments. It

is particularly suited as an overhead microphone for drums and

percussion, for the hi-hat, woodwind and brass instruments,

guitars and other stringed instruments.

Connection

The TG I53 is equipped with a 3-pin XLR plug. It can be plugged

into any balanced microphone input with a phantom power of

12 - 52 V. Recommended phantom power: 48 V

Setting up

• Due to the cardioid polar pattern, which is dependent on

frequency, the recording range is relatively large and even

when the instrument is moved sideways, there is no sound

distortion.

• To achieve maximum feedback suppression, the microphone

should be positioned in such a way that the monitor speaker

is aimed at the microphone from behind (angle approx. 180°

to the microphone axis).

• The MKV 109 microphone clip for stands with a 3/8" and 5/8"

thread adapter is included in delivery of the TG I53.

Maintenance

The TG I53 may be cleaned with a soft, damp cloth as required.

If necessary, a gentle cleaning agent (e.g. washing-up liquid) may

be used – but on no account use a cleaner containing solvents.

Make sure that no liquid penetrates the microphone head.

Service

Servicing must be carried out by qualiﬁed service personnel only.

Dismantling the microphone yourself will invalidate the guarantee.

Applications

Le TG I53 se prête à la prise de son des instruments les plus

divers. Il est particulièrement recommandé en tant que micro-

phone suspendu de type « overhead » pour la prise de batterie et

de percussions, de hi-hat, d’instruments à vent en bois et en

cuivre, de guitare et d’autres instruments à cordes.

Branchement

Le TG I53 est doté d’une ﬁche XLR 3 broches. Vous pouvez

brancher le microphone sur toutes les entrées de microphone

symétriques avec une alimentation fantôme de 12 - 52 V.

Alimentation fantôme recommandée: 48 V

Montage

• Grâce à la directivité cardioïde indépendante de la fréquence,

la zone d’enregistrement avant est relativement étendue et il

n’y a pas de risque de coloration sonore, même lors de

déplacements hors axe de l’instrument.

• Pour une protection maximum contre l’effet Larsen, nous

recommandons de positionner le microphone de façon à ce

que le son du moniteur parvienne de l’arrière au microphone

(angle d’environ 180° par rapport à l’axe du microphone).

• Le TG I53 est livré avec la pince de microphone MKV 109

pour les pieds de sol avec ﬁletage 3/8" et 5/8".

Entretien

Le cas échéant, nettoyez le TG I53 à l’aide d’un chiffon doux

humidiﬁé. Si nécessaire, vous pouvez utiliser un produit

nettoyant doux (p. ex. produit vaisselle), n’utilisez en aucun cas

de solvants. Veillez à ce qu’aucun liquide ne pénètre dans la tête

de microphone.

Service après-vente

En cas de nécessité veuillez vous adresser à un technicien

beyerdynamic autorisé. N’ouvrez jamais le microphone, vous

risquerez sinon de perdre vous droits de garantie.
