The basic flat bench is a weight training standard for barbell
and dumbbell exercises. Increase your strength with the
commercial grade Body-Solid GFB350 Heavy Duty Flat
Bench. Thick DuraFirm™ upholstery will remain comfortable
and won’t bottom out. The seat pad is positioned on a 2” x 3”
commercial steel mainframe with 4-side welded construction.
An extra wide base ensures stability and has Euro-Cap foot
levelers.
