Make sure your mixer is switched off and unplugged from the mains supply
socketbeforecleaning,detachingorttingittothemixerstandorbefore
ttingorremovingthebeatersordoughhooks.
Before using your mixer for the rst time, wash the beaters, dough hooks, spatula
and stainless steel bowl in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. Do not use
harsh abrasives, chemicals or oven cleaners. Using a damp cloth or sponge, wipe
the exterior of the hand mixer and mixer stand. Dry thoroughly.
