GB Child safety car seat BRIO Pilo
BRIO Pilo is a completely new child safety
car seat with a practical carrying strap which
makes it easy to take to preschool, the
cinema, to see friends, etc. At the same time,
it is very easy to store and stow out of the
way. The child safety car seat can be used
in the front and the back seat for children
weighing between 15 and 36 kg. It has
been approved in correspondence with ECE
R44/04 UNIVERSAL, which indicates that it
can be used appropriately in all seating areas
in a vehicle equipped with 3 point harness
belts. Read the instructions before using the
product. If you have questions or doubts,
contact the manufacturer or the retailer of
the product.
Important
• Placethechildsafetycarseatonthecar
seat such that its backside lies against the
seat’s back support.
• Placethechildonthechildsafetycarseat.
Thread the car’s 3-point belt through the
plastic device on the BRIO Pilo’s belt guide
(see illustration under the cushion). Adjust
the length of the belt guide to ensure that
the diagonal seatbelt sits correctly against
the child’s shoulder. Pull the diagonal and
horizontal seatbelt over the child and click
the belt into the belt buckle.

over the arm rest and the waist belt ts
under the arm rests of the child safety car
seat.
• Ensurethatthechildissittingcomfortably
with his/her back leaning against the back
support of the car seat. Adjust the seatbelt
to ensure that it is comfortably tightened
in the right position.

there is an airbag.
• Itisimportantthatthecarseat’swaistbelt
is placed over the child’s thigh and not over
his/herstomach.Makesurethatthebeltis
completely extended and adjusted properly.
A loose seatbelt can be very dangerous.
• Nevermakeanychangesorenhancements
to this product.
• Observethatthechildsafetycarseatisnot
be used without the cushion. The cushion
must not be replaced with a cushion other
than the one recommended because it has
already been ocially tested and approved
for its safety.
• Neverusethiscushionifithasalready
suered damage in a collision or if it
severely worn out.
• Neverleavethechildfastenedinthe
seatbelt without adult supervision.
• Makesurethatnopartofthebeltiscaught
in the door or that the seat is clapped down.
If you car has a fold-down back support,
ensure that it suitably locked in an upright
position.
• Coverthechildsafetycarseatwithatowel
or a similar object if the car is parked in the
direct path of sunlight so that the child
does not burn himself/herself on a possibly
heated safety seat.
• Neverleavebagsorotherheavyobjects
loose in the car. Loose objects can damage
the passengers in a collision.
Important information
• Alwaysanchorthetoddlercarseatinthe
adult seatbelt when it is not being used by
the child. This can prevent it from being
tossed around in the case of a possible
collision.
• Forjourneyswithpassengersinboththe
front and back seat, the lighter person
should sit in the back seat while the heavier
person should sit up front.
• Makesurethatthetoddlerchildsafety
car seat does not come into contact with
dangerous objects.
• Keeptheinstructionalmanualinareadily
accessible area where you can easily nd it.

Cleaning instructions
• Loosenthecushionfromtheburdockand
wash it per hand in 40 degree water with a
mild detergent.
• Neverusechemicalproductstocleansethe
frame or the upholstery.

BRIO Pilo en helt ny bälteskudde med en
praktisk bärrem, som gör det lätt att bära

upp och stuva undan. Bälteskudden kan
användas i fram- och baksäte, för barn som
