User Manual
Intended purpose
The screwdriver is used for loosening bonded or
overtightened screws, bolts and nuts, especially
wheel nuts. The digital torque control allows any
torque level between 80 and 340 Nm to be preset,
setting the force with which the nut or bolt is
automatically turned.
Usage instructions
• Before you use the wrench, check that the
vehicle is secured against rolling away and is
supported on blocks or jacks.
• Do not use the wrench if there are persons in the
vehicle. Make sure that the handbrake is
engaged.
• In vehicles with automatic transmission, set the
gear lever to “P”.
• Follow the instructions of the manufacturer on
jacking up the car.
Safety precautions
• Keep your wrench away from moisture.
• Only use a 12V DC power supply for your
wrench.
• The cigar lighter socket should be protected by a
fuse of at least 15A if it is to be used to supply
power to the wrench.
• Do not use the wrench for longer than 8 min to
prevent the motor from overheating.

• Plug the cigar-lighter europlug into the cigarette-
lighter socket.
• Select the appropriate socket and attach it to the
square drive on the wrench.
• If applicable, remove any dust caps or similar
from the wheel nuts and fit the socket onto the
wheel nuts or bolts.
• Switch the wrench on by pressing the on-off
switch on the left or right-hand side (L=loosen,
T=tighten). You will here from the sound the
motor makes that the wrench is building up
torque, which it then releases on to the nut in one
go. The increasing torque increases its loosening
power with each “hit”, and the nut can finally be
removed using your fingers.
• Repeat the procedure with all nuts until you can
remove the wheel.
• Fit the new wheel, and make sure that the holes
in the rim match up to the drilled holes on the
hub.
• First tighten the wheel nuts until they are finger-
tight.
• Place the socket on the nuts and switch on the
wrench by pressing the right-hand side of the on-
off button.
• Once the >->-> symbol appears, the nuts are
sufficiently tight.
• Immediately check the tyre pressure if you have
mounted a spare wheel.
• Exercise care when mounting light alloy wheels
with the wrench. First, check that the torque on
the wrench matches the manufacturer’s
recommended level.
Torque display and setting
Your vehicle wrench has an electronic control system
that allows you to set the torque. The torque level set
is shown in a three-digit display.
Once the present torque has been reached, a
flashing < will appear. Press key 2 to increase the
torque set per press. Key 1 lowers the torque by
each press.
Press keys 1 and 2 together to reset the torque to
zero. The display will show one of the following
readings:
000->80->110->130->140->150->160->170->180-
>190->200->210->220->230->240->250->260->270-
>280->290->300->310->320->330->340->000

Selecting the torque to be reached from 0 to 340:
Key 1 and 2 together: Reset torque
Key 1: - 10 Nm
Key 2: + 10 Nm
