Wireless Instructions

TO BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL

Instructions:

Monitoring the Brewer Network:

1) Identify the primary or the master Brewer in the installation that would be used as the Web server for Wi-Fi

connectivity.

2) Turn-On the Brewer.

3) Open up the Wi-Fi settings on a phone or tablet or PC and search for available connections.

4) Connect to the SSID shown as “Infusionxxxx” where the “xxxx” is the last 4 digits of the serial number of

the brewer by default.

5) Upon request for password, type in “infusion”, which is the default password.

6) Open up the web-browser and type in “192.168.1.1” to open the webpage for Wireless Monitoring of the

Infusion 3.0 system.

7) The dashboard would now show the Brewer with any servers that might already be placed on it. This may

take about 40 seconds to load.

Preparing the Brewer Network with Remote Stands:

1) Identify all the Remote Stands that need to be connected to the master Brewer.

2) Take a SoftHeat Server and place it on the Brewer. Perform your Brew operation.

3) The dashboard on the webpage should show the active status of Brew operation with the recipe information.

4) After the Brew operation is complete, take the SoftHeat Server and place it on the remote stand. Leave this

setup for about 60 seconds in this position.

5) The dashboard on the webpage should now show the Remote Stand as well with the information of the

server on it.

6) Repeat steps 2 to 5 for all the other stands.

NOTE: The above method allows the user to conﬁgure the Brewer Network as they use it in their normal opera-

tions. As more Stands get added to it, the network gets conﬁgured appropriately as part of normal operations

and does not require any additional manual steps to be taken.

Adding Remote Stands to the Brewer Network Manually:

1. Go to the Brewer Network Settings page after entering the password. The default password is “0000”.

2. Press “Search” button next to the “Available Stands” list.

3. Wait while the list gets populated (this may take up to 15 seconds).

4. Choose the Remote Stand identiﬁed in the list that you want to connect to.

5. Press “Connect”.

6. This will take a few seconds upon which, if successfully connected, the Remote Stand will show up in the

“Connected Stands” list.

7. Continue with either Step 2 or Step 4 through Step 6 to add more Remote Stands.

Conﬁguring the Password:

1. Go to the System Settings page and to the “Change Password” section.

2. Enter the old password and the new password and submit to change.

NOTE: This password is needed when making any changes to the Wi-Fi Settings or Brewer Network Settings
