Detach knobs from trailer. Place rack
on trailer frame as shown.
Insert knob through grommet hole in cover, hole in
main hinge, hole in trailer frame and into roll bar.
Tighten securely. Push buttons in
on both struts to lengthen.
Lift cover and detach tailgate.
Using a hex key wrench and a 10mm open end
wrench, bolt the tube, spacers and clamps
to trailer as shown. Repeat for other side.
To access trailer interior, push buttons on sides
of struts and raise rack to a higher position.

Installation (2009-2013)
Remove cover bolts. Mount cargo rack
main hinges to trailer frame as shown.
Repeat for other side.
Bolt struts to holes in rear cover hook
as shown using hex key and 10mm
wrench. Repeat for other side.
If the cargo rack has a large hole at the
main hinge then mount it as shown.
