OverMounting

1.Placethepapertemplateprovidedcarefullyintothecorrectpositionontheworktop.

2.Cutalongtheovermountlineuntilthecentralsectionoftheworktopcomesout.

3.Useclearsiliconetosealthecutthathasbeenmade;liberallyspreadthesiliconeontothe

areaoftheworktopdirectlyadjacenttotheholeyouhavemadetothewidthofthesinkrim

thatitwillcomeintocontactwith.

4.Repeatstep3ontheundersideofthesinkrimitselfonthesurfacethatwillcomeinto

contactwiththeworktop.

5.Carefullypositionsothatyouavoidunnecessaryreadjustmentofthesinkatthemomentof

contact.

6.Pressdownfirmlyandholdinpositionforatleast5minutesapplyinganevenpressure.

7.Ensurethesinkisfullysealedandthejointiswaterproofbysqueezingresidualsiliconeout

fromalongthelineofthejoint.

8.Donotusethesinkforatleast24hoursoncefitted.

9.After24hourschecktoensurethesealiswaterproof.

UnderMounting

1.Placethepapertemplateprovidedcarefullyintothecorrectpositionontheworktop.

2.Cutalongtheundermountlineuntilthecentralsectionoftheworktopcomesout.

3.Finishtheworktopcutoutedgetothedesiredstandard.

4.Turntheworktopupsidedownonaflat,stablesurface.Notethiswillneedtobeleftin

positionfor24hours.

5.Spreadclearsiliconeliberallyontheglazedsurfaceontherimofthesinkensuringnoareas

areleftuncovered.

6.Spreadclearsiliconeliberallyontheundersideoftheworktoptothecorrespondingarea

wheretherimofthesinkwillbeincontact.

7.Pressthesinkdownintotherequiredpositionfirmlyforatleast5minutesapplyingeven

pressure.Positionaweightonthesinktokeepitinplace.

8.Ensurethesinkisfullysealedandthejointiswaterproofbysqueezingresidualsiliconeout

fromalongthelineofthejoint.

9.Donotusethesinkforatleast24hours.

10.3metalbracketsareprovidedwhichshouldbefixedalongthefrontedgeandoneoneach

side;theedgeofthebracketoverlapsthesinkrimandtheotheredgefixestotheworktop.If

astone/graniteworktopisbeingusedwoodenblockscanbeusedtoaffixtheclipstosecure

thesink;theseshouldbefixedwithanepoxy-typeadhesive(followmanufacturers’

instructionsforEpoxyadhesiveuse).
