IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

Read all instructions carefully before using your appliance and retain for future reference.

1. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before

assembling, disassembling or cleaning.

4. Be careful if hot liquid is poured into the bowl as it can be ejected out of the appliance due

6. Do not leave parts of packaging (plastic bags, foam polystyrene, nails, etc.) within reach of

7. Switch off and unplug the appliance when not in use and before changing accessories or

cleaning.

8. Don’t leave the appliance unattended when turned on.

9. Keep your hand away from moving parts, always feed food using the food pusher.

10. Don’t use a damage cord, it must be replaced by manufacturer or its service agent or a

 similarlyqualiedpersontoavoidahazard.

12. Don’t let the power unit, cord or plug get wet or come into contact with any liquid.

13. This appliance is intended for household use only.

bowl, tools, outlet cover and cord are secure before lifting.

How to use

• Beater:Formakingcakes,biscuits,pastry,icing,llings,eclairs,mashedpotatoetc.

• Whisk:Foreggs,cream,batters,fatlesssponges,meringues,cheesecakes,mousses,soufés

etc. (Don’t use the whisk for heavy mixtures (e.g. creaming fat and sugar) - it could get dama-

ged.

• Dough hook: For yeast mixtures.

1. Turn the release knob clockwise and raise the mixer head till it locks (image 1).

2. Assembleourcover,pushupthenturntillitxedsteadily(image2).

3. Fit the bowl onto the base, press down and turn anti-clockwise (image 3).

4. Insert a tooling, push up till it stops and then turn (image 4).

5. Turn the release knob clockwise and lower the mixer head till it locks (image 5)

6. Switch on by turning the switch to the desired setting. Switch to pulse for short bursts.

7. Turn and remove a tool.
