Theletter buttons have thefollowing functions:

M = MODE

L = LIGHT

S = START

R = RESET

Setting thetime and date

1. While in time display mode, press three times. M

Theseconds will flash.

2. Press to reset theseconds to zero.S

3. Press . Theminutes will flash.R

4. Press or hold in to set theminutes.S

5. Press . Thehours will flash.R

6. Press or hold in to set thehours. Press until “A” or “P” S

appears in thecentre circle for 12-hour clock display or

press until “H” appears for 24-hour clock display.

7. Set thedate (month and day) in thesame way.

8. Press to return to thetime display mode.M

9. Hold in if you wish to view theset date.S

Stopwatch

1. While in time display mode, press once. Thestopwatch M

will appear.

2. Press to start and stop thetimekeeping, press to zero SR

thestopwatch once it has been stopped.

Split times

1. Press R while timekeeping to take asplit time. Thestopwatch

continues in thebackground. Press again to resume R

thetimekeeping. Thesplit time taking function can be

repeated as many times as required.

2. Press Sto stop timekeeping and press R to zero thestopwatch.

Setting thealarm

1. While in time display mode, press two times. M

Activate/deactivate thealarm

Thealarm activates automatically when thealarm time is set.

Analarm symbol appears. To deactivate the alarm, hold in Rand

quick-press S. To reactivate the alarm, hold in and press RSagain.

Activating/deactivating the hourly chime

To activate thechime, hold in and quick-press . To deactivate, RM

hold in and press again. When thechime is activated, RM

all thedays of theweek are shown until you release . R

When thechime is deactivated, none of thedays of theweek

are shown.

Backlight

Press to switch thebacklight on. Thelight will automatically L

go out after afew seconds.

Care and maintenance

• Clean theproduct using alightly moistened cloth. Use only

mild cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.

• Never try to open thecasing.

• Do not press thebuttons when thewatch is under water.

• If there is any moisture inside thewatch, contact our

customer service department immediately. Moisture inside

thewatch could cause damage to themetal parts.

• Thewatch can withstand some rough treatment, but do not

expose it to unnecessary blows.

• Do not expose thewatch to extreme temperatures.

Responsible disposal
