Safety
• Thethermometer must not be dismantled or modified in
any way.
• Thethermometer is only intended for indoor use.
Do not expose it to moisture.
• Thethermometer is not intended to be used as areference
thermometer and Clas Ohlson will not be held liable for any
damage which may result from inaccurate readings.
• Thebatteries should be removed from thethermometer if it is
not to be used for anextended period, otherwise they might
leak and damage thethermometer. Never leave adischarged
battery in thebattery compartment.
• Themax and min readings will be deleted whenever
thebatteries are is removed.
• Thethermometer must never be subjected to shocks
or impacts.
Note:
• Do not mix old and new batteries or batteries of different types.
• Do not mix alkaline, regular or rechargeable batteries.
Buttons and functions Operating instructions
1. Select theunits, Celsius or Fahrenheit, using the [ C/F ]
button (3).
2. Press [ MAX/MIN ] (4) to display themaximum or minimum
temperature. Thedisplay will return to displaying thecurrent
temperature after afew seconds.
3. Hold [ MAX/MIN ] pressed down for afew seconds to clear
themax/min temperature memory.
Care and maintenance
Clean theproduct using alightly moistened cloth. Use only mild
cleaning agents, never solvents or corrosive chemicals.
Troubleshooting
If “HH” or “LL” appears, it means that themeasured
temperature lies outside of thethermometer’s range.

Installation
1. Slide thebattery cover (7) down to access thebattery
compartment.
2. Insert 2×AAA/LR03 batteries (sold separately) observing
thepolarity markings in thebattery compartment.
3. Click thebattery cover back into place.
4. Choose where thethermometer is to be placed:
- Standing on aflat surface using thetable stand (6).
- Hanging on awall using thehanging slot (5).
5. Make sure that theend of thesensor lead is outside so that
theit can register theoutdoor temperature.
This symbol indicates that this product should

order to prevent any harm to theenvironment
or health hazards caused by incorrect waste
disposal, theproduct must be handed in for
recycling so that thematerial can be disposed
of in aresponsible manner. When recycling your product,

purchase. They will ensure that theproduct is disposed of in
anenvironmentally sound manner.
