Safety
• For indoor use only.
• Incorrect handling of this product could result in
personal injury.
• The product should always be disconnected from
the mains when it is not in use, when it is to be
assembled/disassembled and when it is to be cleaned.
• The product may be used by children aged 8 or over
provided they have been instructed in its safe use and can
understand and are able to cope with any hazards or risks
involved with the product’s use.
• Cleaning and maintenance may be carried out by children
aged 8 or over, but only under adult supervision.
Ensure that the product and its mains lead are kept
out of reach of children under the age of 8.
• Switch the product off and disconnect it from the mains
before removing any of the moving parts.
• The product may be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capability, lack of experience
or knowledge which otherwise could jeopardize their safety,
provided they have been given supervision or instruction
concerning the safe use of the product and understand
the hazards involved.
• Never let children play with the product.
• Ensure that the product is used with the correct voltage.
Refer to the product’s rating plate.
• To prevent electric shocks, the product and its mains lead
should be kept dry.
• Never lay the mains lead over hot surfaces,
sharp edges or corners.
• Always disconnect the product from the power supply by
holding and pulling the plug. Do not pull the mains lead.
• Make sure that all parts are correctly assembled and that
the product is switched off before it is connected to the
power supply.
• Never use the product close to heat sources.
• Only use the provided accessories.
• Never use the product for anything other than
its intended use.
• The mains lead should be checked regularly.
Never use the product if the mains lead or plug is damaged.
• The mains lead must be changed if damaged. This is to
prevent the risk of electric shock or fire and should only
be carried out by the manufacturer, qualified service facility
or qualified technician.

Operating instructions
Note:
Read the section before using Care and maintenance
the product for the first time.
Note:
Never operate the product for longer than 15 seconds
at a time. Wait 15 seconds between each press operation.
The product should be allowed to rest for 30 minutes after
every ten 15-second operations.
1. Plug the citrus press into a wall socket and place the bowl
onto the motor unit.
2. Fit the strainer onto the spindle.
3. Cut the citrusfruit into 2 halves.
4. Press one half of the fruit onto the cone to squeeze out
the juice.
Note:
The motor changes direction if the fruit is pushed too hard
against the cone. Release pressure in order to avoid this.
Care and maintenance
• Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the motor unit.
Wash the other parts in warm water with washing-up liquid.
• Do not wash any of the parts in a dishwasher.
• Never immerse the motor unit in water.
Disposal
This product should be disposed of in accordance with
local regulations. If you are unsure how to proceed,
contact your local authority.
