Quick Start Guide

1. To download the VeSync app, scan the QR code

or search “VeSync” in the Apple App Store ® or

Google Play™ Store.

2. Open the VeSync app. If you have an existing

account, tap . To create a new account, Log In

tap .Sign Up

3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your air

fryer.

including instructions for resetting, conﬁguration, and more.

Due to app updates and improvements, the contents of the manual may

change without notice. In case of any dierences, follow the in-app

instructions.

Note: Power outages, internet outages, or changing WiFi routers may cause your air fryer to go oine.

Why isn’t my air fryer connecting to the VeSync

app?

• During the setup process, you must be on a

secure WiFi network. Conﬁrm that the network is

working correctly.

• Make sure the WiFi password you entered is

correct.

• Reset the air fryer and try connecting again.

My air fryer is oine.

• Make sure the air fryer is plugged in. The air fryer

may appear to be oine if it is unplugged, or if

the outlet does not have power.

• Refresh the VeSync menu by swiping down on

the screen.

• Make sure your router is connected to the internet

and your phone’s network connection is working.

• Follow these steps:

1. Delete the air fryer from the VeSync app.

2. Reset the air fryer. See the online manual for

details.

3. Reconﬁgure your air fryer with the VeSync

app.

4. When the air fryer is online again, upgrade its

ﬁrmware.
