Decide the preferred hang stem length .Pass the fixture
wire through the stems and swivel and canopy and screw
them together.
Fasten mounting plate to outlet box with the machine
screws.Place the fixture against mounting surface allowing
the machine screws to pass through the canopy,and secure
it with ball nuts.
