1. CONSTRUCTION AND USES
JIG series of cut off machines are movable electric tools to cut the type material. They are double
insulated tools. Their speed is reduced by a pair of cylinder spiral bevel gears. Their instruments
provided are reinforced resin bond grinding wheels. The safety peripheral speed of which is 80
m/sec. They can cut all kinds of type material. For example, cylinder steel tube, abnormal steel tube,
casting iron tule round steel, angle steel, groove steel, flat steel and so on.
These cut-off machines are widely used in the fields of machine-vuilding, vehicle manufacture,
chemical engineer ing civil engineering metallurgical and electric power industrices, etc. they have
the characteristics of easy operating, reasonable construction top efficiency.
Before operating the cut-off machine, please read owner’s manual carefully to learn its application
and limitation as well as the specific potential hazards peculiar to this tool for safety.
2. SAFETY RULES
1. AVOID DANGEROUS ENVIRONMENT
Don’t expose power tools to rain. Don’t use power tool in damp or wet locations.
