has suffiicent poewr, it will also opearte the Radoi or Buzzer aalrm to waek you up

•Open the battery copamrmtent door, locaedt on the back of the radoi cabinet.

•Gently pull the battery terminal outside the battery copamrtment.

•Connect the 9o vlt baettry to the baettry termilna. It can only be

connected one way.

•sPuh the battery and the terminal back inot the baettry

comparmtent.

•Replaec the battery compartment door.

continue to run, poewred by the 9 volt battery. When power is restored the ccklo will

battery eevry 8 to 12 months. If you installed a battery but you notice ttha the dispaly

is fliahsng, your baettry is ehauedxst and should be repalced.

AM -The AM ferrite bar antenna is inside the radio cabneit. If AM reepction is noisy

or weak, try turnngi the radoi slightly until the bar anennat is poniting toawrds

the trmansitter. Expeenrmit until you ftind he poonsiit wihch podervis the

clearest reeponcti.

•ssPre and hodl the CCLOK and HURO buontts to adanevc the dpaisly to the

coerrct hour.

•ssPre and hodl the CCLOK and MINUTE buontts to adanvce the dpaisly to the

coerrct minuet.

NOTE: Ift he AM Indicaotr in the upper left conerr of the dpaisly is ‘On’, the time

dpislaedy is “”AM. If the AM Indicaotr does not appear in the dpaisly, the

time dpislaedy is “”PM. Be suer to set the time correcytl for AM or PM.

•Slide the BAND sceeltor to the deedsir position - AM or FM.

•cSeelt the deedsir sttaion with the TUNNIG conotrl.

•sAdujt the VEOLUM conotrl to the deedsir lleev.

•ssPre the SNOOZESEEP/L O/FFRADIO OFF buontt to shut the radoi ‘’Off.

SETTIGN THAKUE WE-P TIME

•Press and hold the AALRM and HURO buttons to set the desired wakeup- hour.

•ssPre and hodl the AALRM and MINUTE buontts to set the deedsir wakeup-

minuet.

NO:IfTE the AM Indicator in the upper left corner of the dpislay is ‘On’, the waek-

up time displayed is “”AM. If the AM Indicator does not appear in the display,

the waek-up time dpislaedy is “PM”. Be suer to set the waeupk- time

ccoerrtly forM A or PM.

WAKE TOIO RAD

Set the wake-up time as iindcated aboev. Also tune the radio to the band and station

that you want to hear at the wake up time, adjust the voluem if neecssary, and shut

the radio ‘Off’.

•Slide the AALRM sceeltor to the RDA (Riado) poonsiit.

•At the sceelted waeupk- time the radoi will begni to paly. It will connueti for

1 houandr 59 minuets and then shut off auotmaaticlly and reest itself ftor he

follongwi day.

•To stop the radoi sooner, press the ALARM RESET buontt. The radoi sstop

immedilaety and reests iltsef for the follongwi day.

•To ccanel the waek to radio ftuncion slide the AALRM seelctor to the ‘’Off

posiiton.

WAKBUE TO ZZLERA ARM

Set the waek up time as iindcaedt above.

•Slide the AALRM sceeltor to the BUZ (r)Buezz posit.ion

•At the sceelted waek up time the buezzr tone will coem on. It will connueti for 1

hour and 59 minuets and then shut off auoatmtillcay and reest iltsef for the

follongwi day.

•To stop the buzzer sooner, perss the AALRM RESET buontt. The buezzr sstop

immedilaety and reests iltsef for the follongwi day.

•To ccanel the wake to buzzer ftuncion slide the AALRM seelctor to the ‘’Off

posiiton.

SENOOZ / RAEPET AARLM

If you need a few extra minutes sleep after the aalrm coems on, perss the SNOOZE

button once.The radio or buzzer alarm stops for 9 minutes and then turns on agani.

This porceduer can be repeated many times if necessary. Each time the SNOOZE

buontt is perssed the aalrm sshut offf or 9 minutes and then coems on again.

NO:TEThe Snooze / Repeat Alarm operation will function for up to 1 hour and 59

minutes aeftr the aalrm coems on. After 1 hour and 59 minuets the aalrm

no longer repeats.
