Electronic emergency conversion unit ZR9310 for emergency
lightning is compatible with LED light sources operating in
the range from 10 to 50 V DC. ZR9310 conversion unit de-
tects power loss and converts battery voltage to the voltage
compatible with emergency LED light source.
Grid-emergency – LED source powered from external power
and switched to emergency mode in the case of grid failure.
ZR9310 inverter, when powered with 220–240 V/50–60 Hz, is
charging the connected battery pack with dedicated voltage.
If voltage in the power grid drops below the critical value or
is lost, ZR9310 automatically switches to emergency mode
from the battery. Charging process and presence of alternating
voltage 220–240 V /50–60 Hz is signalized with green LED.
ZR9310 inverter reaches rated parameters for the needs
of emergency lightning in max. 24 h from the last wor-
king cycle in the emergency mode. Repeated power loss
220–240 V/50–60 Hz before the 24 h results in correct
switching of the emergency system into emergency mode.
In this case, operation time in the emergency mode depends
on the battery pack charging level. The electronic monitoring
system of the battery pack charging level, in the emergency
mode, protects battery pack against total discharge, which
positively aects to lifecycle and capacity of batteries.
TESTING:
The conversion kit is also tted with a button for manual
testing of the emergency module’s functioning.
LED indicator
Depending on the luminescent colour of the LED indicator
it displays the working state and determines whether there
is an exception:
1. Green ON: battery charging and fully charged
2. Green OFF: DC mode (battery operation, emergency
mode)
If the luminaire’s or the battery’s rated service life has expired,
it must be replaced.

Dimensions of invertor (l x w x h) 212 × 73 × 28 mm

authorities for information about collection points. If
the electronic devices would be disposed in landll, dange-
rous substances may reach groundwater and subsequently
food chain, where it could aect human health.
