Quick Start Guide
Before continuing please be sure your devices are fully charged before
continuing on with this guide.
Guide 1 Pairing your devices
The devices should now find each other and pair together. You will know they are paired when both
flashing blue lights go to a slow blue flashing state. Anytime you turn on both devices they will
automatically connect. If they do not, please refer to steps 3–6. Please see further instructions on
page 2 for connecting your transmitter to your television.

You can find the
MicroUSB port
on the back of your TV
HearGear transmitter.

Plug MicroUSB cable
(included) into MicroUSB
port on the back of TV
HearGear transmitter.

Make sure the switch
on the side of the
transmitter is set to the
“TX” setting.

Hold the power
button for 2 seconds
to turn transmitter on.

Press the pairing button
on the transmitter until you
see a quick flashing blue light.
Note: that if you see a blue and red
alternating light on the transmitter, you
are in the RX setting and you should go
back to Step 3.

Press and hold the
power button on the
Earphone for 3 seconds
or until you see a quick
flashing blue light.

To pair a second set of earphones, for dual listening capabilities,
please repeat steps 5 and 6 using a second earphone device.
Light on front of transmitter will be solid green when
connected to 2 devices.

With first set
already paired,
repeat steps 5
and 6 on second
set of earphones.
