Penyelesaian masalah

Penggunaan earbud tunggal
Untuk penggunaan earbud tunggal, setelah Anda berhasil menghubungkan

Bluetooth pairing

menyala secara otomatis.

3. LED earbud utama akan berkedip merah dan hijau, sementara yang lain

Single-earbud use
For single-earbud use, after you successfully pair the earbuds to your device,
you can take out one of the earbuds and use it independently without the
other one. Or you can pair one of the earbuds directly to your device, and it
can be used individually too. If you want to use two earbuds together, just take
out the other one from the charging case, and it will connect automatically.
Voice assistant and low latency cannot be used in single earbudmode.
Troubleshooting
When the two earbuds cannot synchronize (one of them is silent),
1. Put back the two earbuds in the charging case and close it.
2. Open your device's Bluetooth and delete the "WAVE 12".
3. Take out both earbuds from the charging case.
4. Open your device's Bluetooth and select "WAVE 12" ,and the earbuds
will connect normally again.
Important safety information
1. Charge only with the 5V-1A adaptor. Charge with a high-voltage adaptor
may damage the battery.
2. It is recommended to charge the earbuds every 3 months if they have been
unused for a long time, which can help protect the battery.
3. Do not open, disassemble, or modify the earbuds, as they may become
damaged or malfunction, which will void the warranty.
4. Do not expose the device to water or other liquids, as it might get damaged
or could malfunction. Defects caused by liquids cannot be claimed under warranty.
5. Do not expose the earbuds to extreme humidity or temperatures
(below 0° C or above 45° C).
6. Avoid putting the LED indicator near children's or an animal's eyes.
7. Do not use the earbuds during a thunderstorm, as they may cause an
increased risk of electric shock and/or could become damaged.
Bluetooth pairing
1. Take out both earbuds from the charging case, and then it will turn on automatically.
2. After it turns on, the two earbuds will pair with each other.
3. The main earbud's LED will flash red and green, while the other only flashes
green, indicating that the two earbuds successfully paired and entered the
bluetooth pairing state.
4. Turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone and select "WAVE 12". After hearing
the audio prompt, the earbuds have successfully connected to your device.
5. Once the earbuds have been paired with your device, they will automatically
reconnect to the paired device when you take them out of the charging case.
"WAVE 12" can only connect to one device at a time.
