operated.

Grip the outside of objects in combination with adaptive shape gripper DHEF

(wearing part).

4Mounting

4.1Preparation

For replacement:

•Remove old inverting cap from shape gripper instruction manual for theè

adaptive shape gripperDHEF Replacement chapter.è

4.2Replacing inverting cap

1.Loosen knurled nut[B].

2.Separate knurled nut[B], bayonet catch[C], threaded bush[D] and inverting

cap[A].

•Pull inverting cap over the threaded bush[D].1

Sealing rim[E] is seated completely over the collar [F].

1.Align rotation lock[X] on the bayonet catch[C] with the spring pin[G].

2.Place bayonet catch[C] on the threaded bush[D].

3.Place knurled nut[B] on the threaded bush and screw on to the stop.

The inside of the inverting cap tip[H] is visible.

2.Press the inverting cap tip[H] into the coupling[J] of the piston rod.

The releasing ring snaps back audibly.

3.Check that O-ring[K] is undamaged and correctly seated in the slot.
