EU FoxWarranty Policy

i. Scope of Warranty

Fox provides thefollowing limitedand extendedwarranty forinverters and chargecontrollers (herein referredtoasthe Product(s)

unless explicitlystated otherwise)produced/providedbyFox.Fox underits owndiscretion has theright todecline the replacement of

the device ifthe terms andconditions on thePolicy are breached.This FoxWarranty Policy(herein referred toas the Policy) is

applicable in all the countries where the product is sold through recognized Fox partners. The Product(s) included in this Policy are:

T series, F/E series, S series, G series, U series, K series, Rseries, Hybrid series, AC series, AIO series

Important:

Please note, thiswarranty policycovers Fox Products as specified herein. Wherebatteries aresupplied separately witha Fox inverter

or chargerplease refers totherelevant warrantypolicy document.This warranty islimitedto the Foxinverter/chargerrange only and

does not coverany external or ancillary parts.Any ancillary parts or add-on devices supplied byFox may be covered byaseparate

warranty policy.

This Policy shall not be held as a guarantee of the product durability nor does it include any product ability.

This Policy is limited only to the parties listed as per section 2.

ii. Contracting Parties

This Policyis onlyprovided totheoriginal purchaseroftheproduct fromFox(Purchaser), wherethe Purchaser isa distributor, solar

retaileror anaccredited electrician (Installer), whoon-supplies theproduct toanotherparty, orto thatother- party(End-User) where

the product is installed.

iii. Warranty Period and Warranty Extension

The Policy provides warranty cover as outlinedbelow:

Standard Warranty

The Product listed belowwill be free from defectsin materials and workmanship for a period of one hundredand twenty (120)

months from the dateof installation,but no more thanone hundred andtwenty-five (125) months from thedate of manufacture of

the Product (whichever comes first):

T series, F/E series, S series, G series, U series, K series, Rseries, Hybrid series, AC series

The Product listed below willbe free from defects inmaterials andworkmanshipfor a periodof sixty (60) months from the date of

installation, but no more than sixty-five (65)months from the date of manufacture of the Product (whichever comes first):

AIO series

The registration of the Product (see section 7) is required to be completed via the Fox website before the end of thirty-six (36)months

from the date of manufacture of the Product.

FoxPro (Extended Warranty)

For full warrantycoverage beyond thestandard warranty periodof onehundredand twenty (120)months, theProduct may be

eligible fora warrantyextension(FoxPro WarrantyFoxPro)ofan additional onehundred andtwenty (120) months.Thewarranty

extensionis available for purchaseup to thirty-six (36) months from the commissioning date of theProduct.

On account of the product being replaced, the unexpired warranty is transferred to the replacement product, applicable to both the

standard and extended () warranty.FoxPro
