ISTRUZIONI PER L’INSTALLAZIONE E LA MANUTENZIONE

Imballo: per ogni interruttore è previsto un imballo standard, che garantisce la protezione

nell’ordine di Fornitura.

Ispezione prima della messa in servizio:

regolazioni delle protezioni;

carico: apertura, chiusura, scattato relè.

Manutenzione:

ATTENZIONE ATTENZIONE !!: prima di eseguire qualsiasi operazione di manutenzione

è obbligatorio:

1) Portare l’interruttore in posizione di aperto.

2) Togliere tensione all’interruttore (circuito di potenza e circuiti ausiliari). Ove non fosse

possibile, utilizzare dispositivi di protezione individuale adeguati all'installazione e fare

riferimento alle regole normative vigenti.

3) Staccare l’interruttore dall’impianto, rimuovendolo dal quadro se in esecuzione che lo

consenta.

Eseguire le seguenti operazioni almeno una volta all’anno in condizioni di esercizio

normali, altrimenti ogni sei mesi e comunque dopo intervento per corto circuito:

– eliminare polvere o nero fumo con stracci asciutti e puliti.

– senza inserire il carico, eseguire alcune manovre di apertura, chiusura, scattato relè

INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

Packaging: standard packaging is provided for each circuit-breaker that ensures protection

otherwise in the order.

Inspection before putting into service:

a) carry out a visual check that the unit is in good condition, on the connections made and

on the protection settings;

b) check that the unit is working correctly by performing a few operations before switching

in the load: opening, closing, relay tripped.

Maintenance:

IMPORTANT NOTE!!: you must proceed as follows before carrying out any maintenance

operations:

1) Turn the circuit-breaker in Off position.

2) Switch off the power to the circuit-breaker (power circuit and auxiliary circuits). If this is

not possible, use personal protective equipment suited to the installation in question and

comply with the laws in force.

3) Disconnect the circuit-breaker from the installation, removing it from the switchboard if

it is in a version that allows you to do so.

Carry out the following operations at least once a year in normal operating conditions or

otherwise every six months, and under all circumstances after tripping due to a short circuit.

– remove any dust or smoke marks using clean dry rags.

– check the surfaces of the racking-out contacts on plug-in/withdrawable versions (mobile

– perform a few opening, closing and relay-tripped operations to check the circuit-breaker

is working correctly before switching in the load.

– make sure the connections and the unit’s mounting screws are tightened correctly.

Inspektion vor der Inbetriebnahme:

a) das Gerät auf Schäden sichtkontrollieren und die hergestellten Verbindungen sowie die

b) eine Funktionsprüfung des Geräts durchführen; hierzu einige Schaltungen ausführen,

ohne die Last zuzuschalten: Öffnen, Schließen, Relais-Auslösung.

Wartung:

ACHTUNG ACHTUNG !! Vor Ausführung eines beliebigen Wartungseingriffs sind

obligatorisch folgende Maßnahmen zu treffen:

1) Den Leistungsschalter ausschalten.

2) Das Schaltgerät stromlos machen (Hauptstromkreis und Hilfsstromkreise). Wo das

nicht möglich sein sollte, zur Installation passende persönliche Schutzausrüstung

benutzen und Bezug auf die geltenden Normen und Vorschriften nehmen.

3) Das Schaltgerät von der Anlage trennen; es hierzu aus der Schaltanlage ausbauen,

sofern die Ausführung dies zulässt.

Die nachstehenden Vorgänge bei normalen Betriebsbedingungen mindestens einmal

jährlich ausführen; andernfalls alle sechs Monate und in jedem Fall nach einer Auslösung

wegen Kurzschluss.

– Staub und Ruß mit einem trockenen und sauberen Tuch entfernen.

protección en las condiciones normales de transporte y almacenamiento, a menos que se

Inspección antes de la puesta en servicio:

a) controlar, visualmente, la integridad del aparato, las conexiones efectuadas y la

regulación de las protecciones;

b) controlar la funcionalidad del aparato efectuando algunas maniobras sin activar la

carga: apertura, cierre, disparo del relé.

Mantenimiento:

¡ATENCIÓN!: antes de efectuar cualquier operación de mantenimiento es obligatorio:

1) Poner el interruptor en posiciòn abierta.

2) Quitar la tensión al interruptor (circuito de potencia y circuitos auxiliares). En el

caso que no fuera posible, utilizar equipos de protección individual adecuados para la

instalación y seguir las reglas normativas vigentes.

3) Desenchufar el interruptor de la instalación, quitándolo del cuadro si su ejecución lo permite.

Efectuar las siguientes operaciones al menos una vez al año en condiciones de ejercicio

normales; en caso contrario, cada seis meses y siempre después de una intervención por

cortocircuito.

– eliminar el polvo o el humo negro con trapos secos y limpios.

– sin activar la carga, efectuar algunas maniobras de apertura, cierre, disparo del relé y

controlar el correcto funcionamiento del interruptor.

– controlar el apriete correcto de las conexiones y de los tornillos de sujeción del aparato.
