The lighting ash with arrowhead symbol,

within an equilateral triangle. Is intended to

alert the user of the presence of uninsulated

“dangerous voltage” within the product’s

enclosure; that may be of sufcient

magnitude to constitute a risk of electric

shock to people.

The exclamation point within an

equilateral triangle is intended to alert the

user of the presence of important operating

and maintenance (servicing) instructions in

the literature accompanying the appliance.

HA-802 Cassette Player

Warning:

Disconnect the recorder by unplugging the plug at the wall socket when not in use.

Operation on Batteries

The recorder operates from 4 x 1.5V DC batteries. If the machine is to be used

mostly from batteries supply. Manganese alkaline batteries will usually provide

longer battery life.

Slide off the lid of the battery compartment and insert the four batteries over the

ribbon, observing polarity marks inside the compartment.
