Q. My car keeps crashing on the track for no reason. What is

the problem?

A. Clear all obstructions on the track. Adjust track side walls

at each connection point.

Q. My car keeps slowing down by itself on the track even

though it is charged. What is the problem?

A. Lint may collect around your car’s axles. This may cause

the car to run slowly. Use tweezers or a toothpick to

remove lint.

Q: Why can't my car fully enter the pit lane to recharge?

A: Your car might be traveling too fast or slow when it enters the pit lane. Push

your car forward into the pit lane to continue charging your car.
