1.2.1 Instructions for Smart Charging Manager
Aircraft Lithium Battery Capacity: 3000mAh, 7.2V lithium 2S intelligent battery.Consumers
can charge it with an ordinary cell phone charger, or use the official standard 9V/2A charger.
The time is about 1.5 hours. And also can use other third-party chargers with DC5521 heads
with an output voltage range of 9V-12V and a current greater than 2A for charging.
① Plug the Micro USB or DC head into the charge manager, the middle of charge manager
lights up to mean it starts working.
② With the battery off, insert the battery into the 4 ports of the Charge Manager, the Charge Manager
flashes the indicator for the port that is charging, and the battery indicator flashes as well.
③ When the battery is fully charged, the battery indicator goes out, and the interface indicator
corresponding to the charging manager becomes steady on, which means fully charged.
④ Based on the number above each interface in Charging Manager to charger the battery in order.
⑤When there is no Micro USB port plugged in, plug the battery into the Charge
Manager and turn the battery on. When the middle of the Charge Manager lights up
and the corresponding port starts flashing, the Charge Manager enters power bank
mode and can charge other device with USB-A port which accept 5V/1A current .

1.2.3 Intelligent Battery Functions
(1) Power display: The battery has a power indicator, which can display
the current battery power levels.
(2) Automatic equalization: the battery has automatic equaliz ation
function during charging, which can balance the pressure difference
between two cells to protect the battery safety.
(3) Over current Pr otection:The battery st ops char ging if an excess
current is detected.
(4) Overcharge Protection: The battery stops charging automatically
once fully charged.
(5) Over-discharge Protection: Discharging stops automatically to prevent excess
discharge.
(6) Short Circuit Protection: The power supply is automatically cut if a short
circuit is detected.
(7) Battery Cell Damage Protection: HUBSAN App displays a warning message
when a damaged battery cell is detected.
(8) Communication: Information about the battery's voltage, capacity, and
current is transmitted to the aircraft.

1.2.4 Precautions for Low Temperature
1.2.5 Precautions For Battery
(1) If the battery is used in a low-temperature environment (-10℃ to 5℃),
please fully charge the battery and keep it warm (over 10°C.)
(2) Using the battery in an environment below -10 ° C may have unpredictable
results.
(3) In a low-temperature environment, the actual discharge of the battery is
like ly to be dif f erent t han t he the or etic al dischar ge c apac ity. I t is
recom m ende d to sto p f lyi n g an d lan d imme diat e ly wh e n the AP P
prompts a "low battery alarm".
(4) In a low-temperature environment, due to the limitation of battery output
power, the wind resistance of the aircraft will be reduced. Please fly with
caution.
Before installing the propeller, please carefully check the letters by the
aircraft motors and the letters on the propeller. You must match those letters
when installing propellers; If the blade is damaged or needs to be replaced,
unscrew the screw counter-clockwise to remove the propeller.
Be sure to replace the propeller together with the original new propeller
screws to prevent accidental screw and propellers loss. (HUBSAN Standard
accessories come with original screws)
Be sure to fully charge each time before using the Intelligent Battery. Charge the
intelligent battery only with Hubsan supplied power adapter and intelligent
charging modules.
(1) After each flight, battery temperature maybe higher. Allow Intelligent Battery
to cool down to normal room temperature before charging.
(2) The charging temperature range of the intelligent battery is 5 ° C to 40 ° C. If the
temperature of the battery cell is not in this range, the battery management system
will stop charging. The optimal charging temperature range is 25 ± 3 ° C. Charging
in this temperature range can extend the battery life.
(3) When charging or installing, please do not hot plug the battery, which may
cause irreversible damage to the battery, so when pulling out or inserting the
battery from the charging head, charge manager or drone, please make sure the
battery is turned off properly.

1.4 Camera
Hubsan M ini's camera adopts type 1 / 1.3 CMOS image sensor,
supports 2.4um fusion large pixels, and the lens apert ure is f /
1.85, which has excellent low light shooting performance.
1. When using the camera for the first time, please tear off the protective
film of the camera lens before using it.
2. If you want to wipe the lens during use, please gently wipe it with
a professional optical dust-free wiping cloth.
3. Please avoid immersing the camera in water. If it accidentally get
water, please contact the after-sales service soon.
4.The camera and gimbal are highly integrated modules and very
sophisticated equipment. People who do not have professional main-
tenance qualification should not try to repair and disassemble them
by themselves.
5. The normal working temperature of the camera is 10 ° C to 50 ° C.
when it is lower than 10 ° C or higher than 50 ° C, the camera may be
blurred or unable to picture normally.
6.Please not take off and land the UAV in a place full of dirt and dust.
Please be careful not to force the lens down when the UAV takes off
or lands.
1.5 Aircraft maintenance
Airc raft is a very precise indu strial product. Its normal work is
based on the cooperation between multi complex components.
When some components are damaged due to physical process or
fat i g u e a fter w o r k i n g fo r a lon g t i m e, it is p r o ne t o pot ent i a l
safety hazards. When some physical inju ries occur, the aircraft
does not imm ediately show obvious abnormalities, which does
not mean that the complex cooperation system inside the UAV
ha s not been injured. T h erefo re, it is recommended t o contact
