Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung

Die Lichtschranke erfaßt in Verbindung mit einem Schaltverstärker

berührungslos Gegenstände und Materialien und meldet sie durch ein

Schaltsignal.

• Zum Anschluß an Schaltverstärker OV110 oder OV310.

• Reichweite (r): 2m.

Elektrischer Anschluß

Spannungsversorgung nach EN50178.

Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Gerät

folgendermaßen an den Schaltverstärker an:

Montage

Befestigen Sie den Empfänger

(Typbezeichnung ORE-V) mit Hilfe

einer Montagehalterung. Richten

Sie den Sender (Typbezeichnung

ORS-V) auf den Empfänger aus

(der Verstärker muß sicher schal-

ten); befestigen Sie ihn.

Maximale Reichweite nur bei

genauer Ausrichtung.

Betrieb

Prüfen Sie, ob das Gerät sicher funktioniert.

Wartung: Halten Sie die Linsen des Geräts von Verschmutzung frei.

Function and features

In conjunction with a control monitor the through-beam sensor detects

objects and materials without contact and indicates their presence by

a switched signal.

• For connection to aplifier type OV110 or OV310.

• Range (r): 2m.

Electrical connection

Voltage supply to EN50178.

Isolate power, then connect the unit as follows:

Installation

Fix the receiver (type ORE-V) in

position. Align the transmitter

(type ORS-V) towards the receiver

(safe switching of the amplifier

must be guaranteed); tighten in

the same way.

Maximum range is only possible

with precise alignment.

Operation

Check the safe functioning of the through-beam sensor.

Maintenance: Keep the lens of the sensor free from soiling.
