transportation.Avoidcleaninganypartswithabrasivedetergentsorharshtools.



Wash,clean,anddrytheicecreambowlthoroughlybeforefreezing.

Placetheicecreambowlverticallyonaflatsurface,ensuringitisnotupsidedownortilted.Thefreezer

temperatureshouldbebelow-18°C,andthefreezingtimeshouldbeatleast16hours(ideally,freezeitovernight

anduseitthenextday).



Whenremovingtheicecreambowlfromthefreezer,checkthatitiscompletelyfrozen.Gentlyshakethebowl—if

youdon’thearanyliquidsloshing,itmeanstheliquidisfullyfrozen.

HowtoUse

1.Placetheicecreambowlinthefreezerforatleast16hoursuntilitiscompletelyfrozen.

2.Prepareyouricecreambatterinadvance(upto700ml)andrefrigerateforoptimalresults.

3.Alignthe3raisedgroovesonthebottomoftheicecreambowlwiththe3groovesonthestandmixer.Then,

placetheicecreambowlontothemixer.

4.Connectthemixer’soutputshafttotheconnector.

5.Addyouricecreamingredientstothebowl.

6.Pressdownonthemixerheadtoensuretheconnectorisproperlyattachedtothemixingblade.

7.Mixonspeed1for10to15minutes.Besuretolettheunitrestforafewsecondsevery4minutes.

8.Serveimmediatelyasadessertortransfertoanairtightcontainerandfreezeforlater.

Note:Themachinemustbeswitchedonbeforeaddingtheicecreamorsorbetmixturetopreventitfromfreezing

instantlyontheinsideofthebowl.

Storetheicecreammixingbowlinthefreezersoit'salwaysreadyforuse.Placeitinaplasticbagbefore

freezing,andalwaysstoreitupright.

Makesuretheicecreammixingbowliscompletelydrybeforeplacingitinthefreezer.



Donotpunctureorheattheicecreammixingbowl.

Theicecreammixingbowlshouldbefrozeninafreezersetto-18°C(0.4°F)orlowerforatleast16hoursbefore

use.

Foroptimalresults,refrigerateyouringredientsbeforemakingicecream.

Addingalcoholtorecipeswillslowdownthefreezingprocess.

CAUTION:

1.Whenpouringthemixedingredientsintothefrozenicecreambowl,startthemachinewithin30secondsto

preventthemixturefromfreezingontheedges,whichwillmakeithardertostir.

2.Theicecreamwillbesoftwhenfinished,butifyoupreferafirmertexture,placetheicecreambowlbackinthe

freezerforanadditional30minutes.
