beadjustedsoitdoesnotextendbeyond

watertoaboil,orpanbroiling.
■Mediumflame-Maintainaslowboil,fry
orsauté,thickensauces,steam,or
stew.
■Lowflame-Keepfoodcooking,
simmer,orkeepfoodwarm.
Beforesettingacontrolknob,placeafilled
cookwareonthegrate.Donotoperatea
burnerusingemptycookwareorwithout
cookwareonthegrate.
REMEMBER:Whencooktopisinuse,the

andpushinandturnthegascontrolknobtoHIuntilitlightsandthenturntheknobtodesiredsetting.

notheartheigniterclick,turntheburneroff.Checkforatrippedcircuitbreakerorblownhouseholdfuse.
Checkthatthecontrolknobispressedcompletelydownonthevalveshaft.Ifthesparkigniterstilldoesnot
operate,callatrainedrepairspecialist.
