Operating Features
Please familiarize yourself with the following oven functions and accessories prior to rst use:
1. Temperature Selector Knob: Select required temperature from 70°C to 250°C for baking, broiling ortoasting.
2. Timer Selector Knob: Select required cooking time from 1 minute to 60 minutes, turn the knob clockwise
to set the time. Bell rings at the end of cooking.
3. Power ON Indicator Light: Select required cooking setting and the indicator will light up.
4. Baking Tray: For broiling and roasting meat, poultry, sh and various food. Can also be used to catch the oil
drippings.

1. Carefully read all instructions before operating this appliance.
2. Do not use this appliance if the cord or plug is damaged, or if this unit is malfunctioned or damaged in
any way.
3. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
4. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualied persons in order to avoid a hazard.
5. Do not place the appliance near a hot gas or electric burner.
6. Allow 4 inches of free space clearance on all sides when operating the appliance to provide adequate
air circulation.
7. Do not cover Baking Tray or any part of the appliance with metal foil (to prevent overheating). The metal
foil can be used for wrapping the food to be baked on the baking tray.
8. Be careful when removing hot tray or when disposing hot grease or other liquids.
9. Do not leave the appliance unattended while broiling or roasting food.
10. Oversized food or metal containers must not be inserted into the appliance as they may cause fire or
electric shocks.
11. Do not place any items on top of the appliance while in operation. Inflammable liquids can cause fire.
12. Extreme caution must be exercised while using containers other than ceramic or metal in the appliance.
13. Do not place the following materials in the appliance when operating:
1) Cardboard 2) Plastic bag 3) Other combustible materials.
14. Do not store materials or utensils in the appliance other than the accessories provided.
15. CAUTION! The temperature of the door, outer surface or accessible surfaces may be high
When the appliance is operating. Do not touch the appliance’s surface during and after
operating, it will be very hot! Always wear oven insulated gloves when inserting or
removing food from the appliance.
16. This appliance is intended for household use only. Do not use the appliance other than its intended use.
17. The appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-control
system.
CAUTION! Hot Surface
1. Always switch o the appliance, unplug from the mains and let the appliance cools down when the appliance
is not in use or before cleaning or before putting on or taking o accessories.
2. To clean the appliance, wipe with a soft cloth or sponge dipped in neutral cleaning solution. Do not use a hard
brush, it may scratch surfaces.
3. Wash baking rack & baking tray in hot water with a sponge after each use.
4. Do not use abrasive cleaner like thinner or solvent to clean the appliance.
Cleaning & Maintenance
Safety & Warning Information
A. Before using your oven for the rst time, ensure the following:
1. Make sure that the oven is unplugged and Timer Selector Knob is at “OFF” position.
2. Wash all the accessories in hot, soapy water or in the dishwasher.
3. Thoroughly dry all accessories and re-assemble in oven, plug oven into outlet and you are ready to use
your new oven.
4. After re–assembling your oven, we recommend that you run it at the highest temperature (250°C) for
approximately 15 minutes to eliminate any packing residue after shipping. This will also remove all traces
of odour initially present.
Note: Initial start-up operation may result in minimal smell and smoke (about 15 minutes). This is normal and
harmless. It is due to burning of the protective substance applied to the heating elements.
B. Operating Instruction
1. Place the baking rack into the appliance’s shelves latch.
2. Place food on the baking rack or baking tray.
3. Food should be placed as close as possible to the top heating element without touching it.
4. Turn Temperature Selector Knob to the desired cooking temperature.
5. Turn Timer Selector Knob to the desired cooking time.
6. Turn food over midway through the prescribed cooking time.
7. When broiling is completed, turn Timer Selector Knob to “OFF”.
C. Cooking Tips
Put the ingredients in the middle of the Baking Rack, and then spread evenly (as shown below).

Note:
* Frozen food must be thawed before cooking.
** Preheat the oven at 250°C for 10 minutes before cooking.
*** Above table is for references only.
Reminder:
a) Random placement may cause some portion of food to be burnt.
b) If the oil from the food drips on the heating element, it may cause burn. Please use a baking tray to collect
oil.
c) Use a baking tray to bake dierent food. Please spread the ingredients evenly or use heat-resistant
ceramic tableware.
d) When baking or toast bread, do not bake for more than 6 minutes to avoid the risk of re and burning due
to the charring of toasted bread.
