Power Supply
* Begin by plugging in the power cord into a standard household outlet.
The display will ash indicating the time is ready to be set.
Setting The Time
* Hold down the
TIME
button and then press
HOUR
button to set the correct hour
.
The PM indicator will light when the hour is advanced into the PM time.
* Hold down the
TIME
button and then press
MINUTE
button to set the correct minute.
* Release the
TIME
button when the correct time is shown on display.

Using The Snooze
* Press the button when the alarm sounds will stop the alarm and SNOOZE
the alarm will sound again in nine minutes.
* The snooze function can be repeated many times.
Using The Display Dimmer Switch
* Slide the display dimmer switch to position for brighter display.HI/LO HI
* Slide the display dimmer switch to position for normal display.HI/LO LO
Battery Backup
* Insert one “9V” battery into the battery compartment at the back of the clock.
The battery will keep the alarm and time settings until the power is restored.
The LED display will not light-up but the alarm will sound at the preset alarm time.
If there is no battery installed but the power is interruped,
the display will ash at 12:00 and the time and alarm need to be set again.
Battery Warning
Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation. Follow the polarity
(+) and (-) when inserting battery.

Setting The Alarm
* Hold down the

button and then press

button to set the correct hour

button to set the correct minute.
* Release the ALARM
button when the correct alarm time is shown on display.

switch to
HI
position for loud alarm.
The alarm indication will appear on lower left side of display.
* Slide the
ALARM HI/LO/OFF
switch to
OFF
position to deactivate the alarm .
* Slide the
ALARM HI/LO/OFF
switch to
LO
position for normal alarm.
The alarm indication will appear on lower left side of display.

1. Read Instructions-All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the
appliance is operated.
2. Retain Instructions - The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future
reference.
3. Water and Moisture - The appliance should not be used near water - for example, near a

4. Ventilation - The appliance should be situated so that its location or position does not interfere

rug, or similar surface that may block the ventilation openings,or, place in a built-in installa-

5. Heat - The appliance should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat

6. Power Sources-The appliance should be connected to a power supply only of the type
described in the operating instructions or as marked on the appliance.

12. Servicing - The user should not attempt to service the appliance beyond that described in the
operating instructions. All other servicing should be referred to quali ed service personnel.
Safety Instructions

Remove the battery from the clock if you do not intend to use for an extended period of time.
