2. Inserting a SIM card.

The S504 Smartphone is a mobile phone with dual SIM card, which enables you to use two lines on the same

Smartphone. To insert the SIM card(s):

• Switch off the phone and remove the rear cover and battery.

• Insert the SIM card correctly into the relevant card slots (see figure below). The

"WCDMA" slot is for SIM card with a 3G network; the "GSM" slot is for the SIM card

used only for 2G connection.

CAUTION: The 3G function can only be used with the "WCDMA" SIM card slot. The 3G function does not work with

the " " SIM card slot even if you insert a 3G SIM card in this slot.GSM

Insert the SIM card(s) carefully!

• Then replace the battery and cover.

Your smartphone S is design to function only with a regular SIM card504 .

However if you have a MicroSIM card, use only the included adaptor.

Warning: Use only the included adaptor. Do not insert the empty adaptor into the SIM card port.

It will damage the connector of the SIM card port.

Any damage due to misuse will not be taken under warranty.

How to insert your MicroSIM card into the adaptor:

The adaptor is design to block the MicroSIM in order to ease the insertion in the smartphone.ed

The oblique corner of the MicroSIM should correspond to the oblique corner of the adaptor.

Once the MicroSIM inserted, it must be held perfectly then you can insert it in your smartphone .

3. Inserting a MicroSD card

I t is possible to increase the internal memory of the S504 device with a MicroSD card.

(Maximum 32GB MicroSD card).

• Switch off the phone and remove the rear cover and battery.

• Insert the memory card into the relevant slot.

• Then replace the battery and cover.

CAUTION: Inserting or removing a SIM card or a MicroSD card requires the Smartphone

to be completely switched off.

4. Installing and charging the battery

Installing the battery:

• Remove the rear cover of your Smartphone.

• Insert the battery ensuring that the image shown here is facing you.

• Replace the rear cover of the Smartphone.

CAUTION: Only use the battery supplied with your Smartphone.

To replace the battery, please enquire with the after sales service of your dealer. -

Charging the battery:

• oTo charge the battery, connect the USB cable (supplied) to the USB port f your Smartphone and the

other end to the mains adaptor (supplied). Then connect the mains adaptor to a power outlet.

• The battery charge icon illuminates during charging and indicates the charge status.

• When the battery is fully charged, you can disconnect the USB cable from the device then from the

power outlet.

IMPORTANT:

• The Smartphone is only recharged via its USB port.

• Ensure your Smartphone is fully discharged before charging it for the first time.

• The battery must be charged for at least 5 to 8 hours when first charged.

Note: You can use the device when it is being charged. In this case, the battery may take longer to charge fully.
