CONDIZIONI GENERALI DI GARANZIA PER I PRODOTTI DELLA
NEW MAJESTIC S.P.A.
Gentile Cliente, La ringraziamo per il Suo acquisto e
Le ricordiamo che il prodotto risponde alle normative
vigenti in fatto di costruzione e di sicurezza.
Nel caso si dovessero riscontrare anomalie o difetti
del prodotto, la New Majestic S.p.A. offre una
Garanzia convenzionale soggetta alle condizioni qui
riportate (precisando che la Garanzia convenzionale
lascia impregiudicati i diritti del consumatore di cui
al D.Lgs. n.206 del 06/09/2005). Per Garanzia si

sostituzione gratuita dei singol i compo nenti o
d el l’ i n t e ro be n e r i c o no s ci u ti di fe tt o s i n el la
fabbricazione.
Il pe riodo di Garanzia non verrà rinnovato o
pr olu ng at o a segu it o di su cce ssiv a ri ve ndi ta ,
riparazione o sostituzione del prodotto stesso.
Le parti riparate, sostituite o il cambio totale del
prodotto saranno garantiti per un periodo di 60 giorni
a part ir e dalla d ata dell a riparazione o del la
sostituzione e naturalmente per la restante durata
della Garanzia stessa.

(scontrino fiscale oppure fattura d’acquisto) per il
periodo previsto dalla legge vigente.

acquisto con scontrino fiscale e in caso di 12 mesi
acquisto con fattura fiscale (partita iva).

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend that you charge your electric wine
opener for at least eight hours before using it for the
first time. Please follow the instructions for recharging
below:
Plug the jack of the adapter into the base of the
recharging unit and the plug into a main socket. Place
the electric wine opener into recharging unit ensuring
that it is firmly in position and that it is fully engaged
with the recharging connection. It will take
approximately 8/10 hours to recharge your electric
wine opener is fully recharged.
Note: when the unit is not used for long time, it is
advised to remove it from the charging base.

To Operate your electric Wine Opener
1. Before remove the cork you must
remove any foil from the bottle
using the cutter provided (see fig.2)
2. Place the electric wine opener on top
of the wine bottle making sure that it
remains as upright as possible at all
times. If you hold the electric wine
opener at an angle to the bottle it will not
remove the cork properly. (see fig.3)
3. Hold the electric wine opener firmly and
depress the Pull Button, the corkscrew
spiral will turn in a clockwise direction
and enter the cork ,then gradually remove
it from the bottle. When the electric
wine opener mechanism stopped the
cork has been fully removed from the
bottle.
4. Lift the electric wine opener away from
the bottle to remove the cork simply
depress the Release Button the spiral
will turn in an counterclockwise direction
and release the cork.(see fig.4)
5. Always return the electric wine opener
to the recharging unit when finished with
it. this will protect the mechanism while
it is not in use.

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
When using electrical appliances, basic safety
precautions should always be followed including the
following:
1. Do not operate electric wine opener with a damaged
cord or plug, after the appliance malfunctions or if
it is dropped or damaged in any manner. Return
appliance to the nearest Authorized Service Center
for examination, repair or electrical or mechanical
adjustment.
2. To protect against risk of electrical shock, do not
put the electric wine opener in water or other liquid.
This may cause personal injury and/or damage to
the product.
3. To protect against fire, do not operate the unit in the
presence of explosive and/or flammable fumes.
4. Do not use the electric wine opener for other than
intended use.
5. This product is intended for normal domestic
household use only.
6. When using or recharging the electric wine opener
keep your workspace clean and free from potential
hazards.
7. For indoor use only. Do not expose the electric wine
opener or changing unit to rain or other extreme
conditions.
8. Never force the electric wine opener onto a bottle or
attempt to speed up the mechanism. The electric wine
opener will work best when it is operated at it's
intended speed.
9. Do not touch or adjust the electric wine opener's
mechanism or the corkscrew spiral. Only hold the
electric wine opener by it's plastic housing.
10.Do not attempt to open the electric wine opener or
the recharging unit. It has no serviceable parts. Your
electric wine opener is guaranteed for one year. In
the event of a malfunction in this time please contact
our customer services department.
11.Only recharge the electric wine opener using the
recharging unit and power cord supplied.
12.Never remove the plug from the socket by pulling
the power cord.

Un accumulatore ricaricabile si ritiene difettoso e
sostituibile in Garanzia solo quando risulta 12 mesi
interrotto, ossia non eroga più energia e la tensione ai
suoi capi è di Zero Volt. Nel caso in cui la capacità di
erogare energia risultasse ridotta rispetto al prodotto
nuovo (trattasi di consumo/usura) il periodo di
Garanzia sarà di 6 mesi.
Non sono coperti da Garanzia:
- Il deterioramento dovuto ad usura delle parti
estetiche e di tutte le componenti che dovessero
ri s ul t ar e d i f e t t o s e a c au s a d i n eg l i g e n za o
tras curat ezza ne ll’u so, di er rata manutenzion e
ovvero di circostanze che non possano ricondursi a
difetti di fabbricazione dell’apparecchio.
- I m a n u a li d ’ u s o , i so ft wa r e d i t e r z i , l e
configurazioni, le applicazioni o i dati scaricati dal
cliente.
- I difetti causati da un uso improprio del prodotto
(cadute, pressioni, deformazioni o uso di oggetti
appuntiti).
-Apertura, modifica o riparazione del prodotto da
parte di soggetti diversi dal Centro Assistenza
Autorizzato.
- I numeri di serie, la data di produzione , il codice a
barre o il codice IMEI * che risultano essere
cancellati, alterati o illeggibili.
Per interventi in Garanzia si prega di rivolgersi
presso uno dei Centri Assistenza Autorizzati della
New Majestic S.p .A ., la cui list a co mplet a è
consultabile sul sito www.newmajestic.com, oppure
presso il punto vendita dove è stato acquistato il
prodotto, consegnando il tagliando di Garanzia
debitamente compilato ed allegando lo scontrino
fiscale relativo l’acquisto.
ATTENZIONE:
È opportuno conservare integri sia l’imballo che
tutti gli accessori in esso contenuti, poiché in caso
di invio al laboratorio tecnico è meglio utilizzare
la confezione originale con tutti i suoi accessori.
