GET STARTED
Turing the MXH-BT600E ON/OFF
1. In standby mode, press and hold the Multifunction button for 3-5 seconds until a beep sound is al
heard to turn the unit ON, the Indicator LED will flash blue 3 times.
2. To turn the unit OFF, press and hold the Multifunction button for 3 seconds until a beep sound is al
heard on your phone or multimedia player. . Don’t forget to turn off the Bluetooth feature
Pairing the H-BT600E MX
Prior to using the headset for the first time, you have to pair it with a Bluetooth-enabled cell phone.
The pairing procedures are subject to different models of cell phones. Please refer to your cell phone
user’s manual for further information. The general pairing procedures are as follows:
1. Keep your headset and phone within 1 meter when pairing;
2. Press and hold the MULTIFUNCTIONAL button for about 8 seconds to enter the H-BT600E MX
into pairing mode when it is off. The LED will flash red and blue alternatively. Your Bluetooth
enabled device can now MAXELL H-BT600E scan and connect to “ MX ”
3. After successfully connecting, blue LED flashes 2-3 times every 4 seconds.
OR
4. Plug 3.5mm audio cable from your device to the headphone.
5. Music playing through cable is available with MXH-BT600E.
Remarks:
If pairing fails, please turn off the headset first and then re-pair according to steps 1-3 mentioned
above.
After pairing is successful, the headset and the mobile phone will remember each other, they will not
need to re-pair next time.
Every time the headset is turned on, it will connect to the last connected device automatically. If you
want to pair it with other devices, please turn off the Bluetooth function of last connected device first
and pair the headset with the new device according to steps 1-3 mentioned above.
