This is not an industrial safety helmet/hard hat.
This bump cap does not provide protection against
the eects of falling or thrown objects or moving
suspended loads. It should not be used instead
of an industrial safety helmet/hard hat specied
in ANSI/ISEA Z89.1. This product provides limited
protection against worker generated impacts on
the head.
• Do alter, pierce, or modify the bump cap.NOT
• Do NOT apply paint, solvents, adhesive chemicals,
or self-adhesive labels unless instructed.
• The production date is marked on the bump cap.
Replace bump cap after 5 years.
• For proper protection, ensure the bump cap is
installed in the proper orientation.
• Do NOT store helmet in direct sunlight, including the
dashboard or rear window shelf of a vehicle, or in
extreme heat over 120°F (49°C). Exposure to direct
sunlight and heat over time can lessen the ability of
the helmet to withstand impact and penetration.

of hard hat/helmet.
Bump cap is made to absorb energy of a blow by partial
destruction or damage to shell. Damage may not be
readily apparent. Any bump cap subjected to severe
impact should be replaced.
For proper protection, the bump cap must t or be
adjusted to size of user's head.
1. Install the universal insert inside the inner headband
of a hat. The indicator must be at the usFRONT -
ers forehead.
NOTE: The universal insert can be installed in
reverse so the user can wear the cap with the brim
in the back.

de la vitre arrière d’un véhicule ou dans des conditions
de chaleur extrême dépassant 49°C (120°F).
L’exposition prolongée aux rayons directs du soleil et
à la chaleur pourra diminuer sa capacité de résister
aux chocs et à la pénétration.
