Assembly
These softboxes are easy to use and assemble. They work like an umbrella.
Softbox stores flat like an umbrella
Mount the softbox onto a light stand, and turn the knob on the base of the stand adapter until it is secure.
Push the centre brace in to expand the softbox
Open the softbox, and push the centre ring in towards the ceramic socket until the centre ring “clicks” into
position.
Snap into position, screw in the lamp
Install the fluorescent lamp provided by simply screwing it into the socket.
Please note these softboxes are for use only with fluorescent lamps. Photo floodlamps produce excessive
heat and can damage the unit.

Install the front diffuser with the hook & loop fasteners
Next, install the front diffuser cover. The cover has hook and loop tabs and simply attaches to the front of the
softbox.
Disassembly
Remove the front cover, unscrew the lamp, and then pull the centre ring away from the centre socket.
The softbox will fold up like an umbrella.
PLEASE NOTE: Softboxes are available in both square and octagonal formats. Your unit may differ from the
illustrations.

opened by an authorized technician when service is required.
Disconnect the product from mains and other equipment if a
problem should occur. Do not expose the product to water or
moisture.

Clean only with a dry cloth. Do not use cleaning solvents or abrasives.
