pull the safety spring lock out.
Please closely follow the
instructions. Otherwise a
sudden fall may occur
resulting in personal injury.

pull the column out slowly.
Note: When the indicator MAX
is found on the column, it
indicates that you have reached
the highest setting and do not
continue to pull the column out.

align with the holes on the column
before pressing it in the column.
