dard qualitativi fissati.

bile sostituire il sacco di nylon

In entrambi i casi l’aspirazione
avviene dall’alto collegando
mediante un tubo flessibile il
raccordo aspirazione alla boc-
chetta della macchina.
Questo consente di comprimere
verso il basso i ritagli aspirati e
aumentare quindi la capacità di
contenimento.

offcuts.
For these materials the standard
bag is sufficient.
For the collection of materials
with a high dust content (special
textiles), it is essential to replace
the nylon bags with the synthetic
filter bags.
In both cases, the exhausting
action takes place from above
by connecting the exhaust union
to the machine fitting by means
of a hose pipe.
This allows the ed swarf vacuum
to be compressed downwards,
thus increasing the holding
capacity.

wirkung von oben ausgeübt,
indem man den Sauganschluß
mittels eines Schlauchs an den
Anschlußstutzen der Maschine
anschließt.
Dadurch wird es möglich, die
angesaugte Verschnittstücke
nach unten zu drücken und
das Fassungsvermögen zu
erhöhen.

2.9 - Uso previsto
L’aspiratore é destinato ad
operare in ambienti industriali
al chiuso, protetto dalle in-
temperie e da forti sbalzi di
temperatura.
2.9.1 - Condizioni ambien-
tali di utilizzo
Salvo diversa precisazione
all’ordine si intende che l’aspi-
ratore è previsto per funzio-
nare nelle seguenti condizioni
ambientali:
- altitudine: non superiore a 800
mt;
- temperatura ambiente:
minima: -5 °C;
massima: +30 °C;
- umidità relativa: non superiore
al 65% a 30 °C.
2.9.2 - Illuminazione
L’impianto luce dello stabilimento
è da ritenersi importante per la
sicurezza delle persone e della
qualità del lavoro.
Il luogo di installazione della
macchina deve garantire, con
illuminazione naturale o artifi-
ciale, una buona visibilità in ogni
punto della macchina.
Deve garantire una chiara lettura
delle targhe di avvertenza e di
pericolo collocate sulla macchi-
na e l’individuazione dei pulsanti
di comando e degli indicatori di
controllo.
L’illuminazione non deve creare
effetti stroboscopici o riflet-
tenti.
2.9.3 - Atmosfera con ri-
schio di esplosione
e/o incendio
La macchina non è predispo-
sta per l’utilizzo in ambienti con
atmosfera esplosiva e/o a rischio
d’incendio.

operate indoors, in industrial
environments protected against
adverse weather conditions
and from sharp temperature
variations.

Unless established differently on
order, the vacuum is designed to
operate in the following environ-
mental conditions:

- ambient temperature:
minimum: -5 °C;

2.9.2 - Lighting
The lighting system in the fac-
tory is important for the safety
of the personnel and quality of
the work.
The place in which the machine
is installed must, with natural
or artificial lighting, guarantee
good visibility in all points of the
machine. It must ensure that
the warnings and danger signs
affixed to the machine can be
clearly read and that the control
buttons and monitoring indica-
tors can be identified.
The lighting must not create stro-
boscopic or reflecting effects.
2.9.3 - Places where there
is a risk of explosion
and/or fire outbreak
The machine is not designed for
use in places with an explosive
atmosphere or where there is a
risk of explosion.

artificiel, une bonne visibilité en
tout point de la machine. Il faut
garantir une lecture claire des
plaques de recommandations
et de danger placées sur la
machine ainsi que l’identification
des boutons de commande et
des indicateurs de contrôle.
L’éclairage ne doit pas créer
d’effets stroboscopiques.
2.9.3 - Atmosphère à risque
d’explosion et/ou
incendie
La machine n’est pas équipée
pour l’utilisation en environne-
ment à atmosphère explosible
et/ou à risque d’incendie.

2.9.2 - Beleuchtung
Die Beleuchtungsanlage im
Werk ist für die Sicherheit der
Personen und die Qualität der
Arbeit als wichtig zu betrach-
ten.
Der Installationsort der Ma-
schine muß bei natürlicher
oder künstlicher Beleuchtung
gute Sichtverhältnisse an jeder
Stelle der Maschine garantieren.
Er muß garantieren, daß die
Hinweis- und Gefahrenschilder
an der Maschine gut gelesen
und die Bedienungsknöpfe und
die Kontrollanzeigen eindeutig
identifiziert werden können. Die
Beleuchtung darf nicht strobo-
skopisch wirken oder blenden.
2.9.3 - Explosions- oder
feuergefährdete Be-
reiche
Die Maschine ist nicht zur Be-
nutzung explosions- und/oder
feuergefährdeten Betriebsstät-
ten geeignet.
