product (“device”) and other property. You
(“Purchaser”), and not The Noco Company
(“NOCO”) are solely responsible for the use
of this product. Do not discard this

INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE USING
THE DEVICE.
Handling. Handle the Device with care - it
has sensitive electronic components inside.
The Device can be damaged if dropped,
burned, punctured, crushed, or other
deformities or impacts or if it encounters
liquid. Don’t use a damaged Device, such
as one with a visually damaged area, as it
may be defective and cause injury. If
Device is damaged, discontinue use
immediately and contact NOCO or dispose
of it appropriately. Do not use if device is
wet. If the Device becomes wet while on,
turn it off immediately. Do not use during a
thunderstorm or electrical storm as it may
increase your risk of electrical shock. Never
force a connector into a port or apply
excessive pressure to a button, as this may
cause damage, which is not covered under
the warranty. If the connector and port
don’t join with reasonable ease, they
probably do not match. Check for
obstructions and make sure that the
connector matches the port and that you
have positioned the connector correctly in
relation to the port. Do not bite or suck the
Device or the battery. Doing so may
damage the Device or cause an explosion.
If children use the device, make sure that
they use the device properly. Do not insert
the device or supplied accessories into the
eyes, ears, or mouth. Doing so may cause
suffocation or serious injuries.
Modification. Do not open the Device and
do not attempt to repair, repurpose or
modify any part of the Device.
Disassembling Device may cause bodily
injury and/or damage to the Device. If
Device is damaged, malfunctions, or
comes in contact with liquid, contact NOCO
Support. Any modification to this Device
will void your warranty.
The Battery. Don’t attempt to replace the
Device battery yourself — you may
damage the battery, which could cause
overheating and injury. Do not handle a
damaged or leaking lithium-ion battery. The
built-in lithium-ion battery in the Device
should be replaced only by NOCO, and
must be recycled or disposed of separately
from household waste. Don’t incinerate the
battery. Never dispose of batteries in
garbage. Disposal of batteries in garbage is
unlawful under state and federal
environmental laws and regulations.
Always take used batteries to your local
battery recycling center. If the Device is
excessively hot, emitting an odor,
deformed, abraded, cut, or is experiencing
or demonstrating an abnormal occurrence,
immediately stop all use and contact
NOCO.
Operating Temperature. Device is
designed to work in ambient temperatures
between 41° and 95° F (5° and 35° C) and
stored in temperatures between 32° and
113° F (0° and 45° C). Device can be
damaged and battery life shortened if
stored or operated outside of these
temperature ranges. Never charge or
operate if frozen. You may not be able to
use the Device when the ambient
temperature is outside the operating range.
If the Device can’t regulate its internal
temperature, it goes into deep Sleep Mode
until it cools. If Sleep Mode is activated,
move Device to a cooler location out of
direct sunlight and wait a few minutes
before trying to use the Device again.
Storage. Do not use or store your Device
in areas with high concentrations of dust or
airborne materials. Dust or foreign
materials can cause your device to

shock. Store your Device only on flat
surfaces. If your Device falls, it may
become damaged. Store your Device dry
locations. Do not store your Device near
magnetic fields, as it may malfunction or
the battery may discharge from exposure to
magnetic fields. Magnetic stripe cards,
including credit cards, phone cards,
passbooks, and boarding passes, may be
damaged by magnetic fields. Do not use
carrying cases or accessories with
magnetic closures or allow your device to
come into contact with magnetic fields for
prolonged periods of time. Avoid exposing
Device to dramatic changes in temperature
or humidity. Do not store in very cold or
very hot temperatures, like intense direct
sunlight or below freezing. Your device can
explode if left inside a closed vehicle, as
the internal temperature can reach up to
176°F (80°C). Do not expose your Device
to direct sunlight for extended periods of
time (i.e. on the dashboard of a car). Do
not place battery in a fire, or other heating
device (i.e., microwave, stove, or heater).
The device may explode when overheated.
Avoid exposing the device to high external
pressure, which can lead to an internal
short circuit or overheating. Do not store
your device with metal objects, such as
coins, keys, and necklaces.
Cleaning. Clean Device immediately if it
comes in contact with anything that may
cause damage to the Device, including any
liquid or dust. Before cleaning, disconnect
all cables and turn the Device off. Use a
soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber). Avoid getting
moisture in any ports or openings. Don’t use
cleaning products or compressed air.
Battery Charging. Charge the Device with
the included USB speed cable and a NOCO
10-watt power adapter (not included) or a
reliable third-party USB cable and 10W-watt
power adapter that are compatible with USB
2.0 or power adapters compliant with one or
more of the following standards EN
301489-34, IEC 62684, YD/T 1591-2009,
CNS 15285, ITUL.1000, or another
applicable mobile phone power adapter
interoperability standard. Some aftermarket
power adapters are low in quality, and may
present a serious electrical risk that may
result in injury to you or the Device. If using
a third party USB power adapter, please
contact the manufacturer(s) to find out if
your power adapter complies with the above
standards. Using damaged cables or
chargers, or charging when moisture is
present, can cause electric shock. Using
generic or third-party power adapter may
shorten the life of your device or cause the
device to malfunction. NOCO is not
responsible for the user’s safety when using
accessories or supplies that are not
approved by NOCO. When using a NOCO
USB Power Adapter to charge the Device,
make sure that the AC plug is fully inserted
into the adapter before you plug it into a
power outlet. Power adapters may become
warm during normal use, and prolonged
skin contact may cause bodily injury. Always
allow adequate ventilation around power
adapters when using them.
Ensure maximum battery life, avoid
charging your Device for more than a week,
as overcharging may shorten battery life.
Over time, an unused Device will discharge
and must be recharged before use.
Disconnect the charger from power sources
when not in use. Use the Device only for
their intended purposes.
Minors. If the Device is intended by
“Purchaser” to be used by a minor,
purchasing adult agrees to provide detailed
instructions and warnings to any minor prior
to use. Failure to do so is sole responsibility
of the “Purchaser,” who agrees to indemnify
NOCO for any unintended use or misuse by
a minor.
Radio Frequency Interference. Observe
signs and notices that prohibit or restrict the
use of electronic devices (i.e. healthcare
facilities or blasting areas). Although Device
is designed, tested, and manufactured to
comply with regulations governing radio
frequency emissions, such emissions from
the Device can negatively affect the
operation of other electronic equipment,
causing them to malfunction. Turn off the
Device when use is prohibited, such as
while traveling in aircraft, or when asked to
do so by authorities.
Medical Devices. Device may emit
electromagnetic fields. These electromag-
netic fields may interfere with pacemakers
or other medical devices. If you wear a
pacemaker, maintain at least 6-inches
(approximately 15 cm) of separation
between your pacemaker and the Device. If
you suspect the Device is interfering with
your pacemaker or any other medical
device, stop using the Device immediately
and consult your physician. Device contains
magnetic components, which may interfere
with pacemakers, defibrillators or other
medical devices.
Medical Conditions. If you have any other
medical condition that you believe could be
affected by Device (for example, seizures,
blackouts, eyestrain, or headaches), consult
with your physician prior to using the
Device. The use of a integrated
high-powered flashlight contains a light
sensitivity hazard. Use of the light in Strobe
Mode may cause seizures in persons with
photosensitive epilepsy, which may result in
serious injury or death.
Light. Do not stare into the light beam or
shine the flashlight directly into any persons
eyes. This may result in permanent eye
injury. The Device comes equipped with a
high output LED pre-focused lamp that
emits a powerful beam at he high setting.
During operation, the Device can become
extremely hot and may cause injury if
touched. Avoid using the Device for

USING CHARGELIGHT
ChargeLight is dock-able, rechargeable,
and portable LED flashlight and battery
pack for any USB powered device including
smartphones, tablets, and cameras.
CHARGING CHARGELIGHT
ChargeLight comes partially charged out of
the box and needs to be fully charged prior
to use. ChargeLight can be recharged
through its 5V Micro USB port from multiple
power sources:
DOCK:
Plug dock in via “USB IN” on dock to 10W
USB Wall Charger with USB Cable. Insert
ChargeLight into Dock
USB ADAPTER:
Plug ChargeLight in via “USB IN” on
ChargeLight to 10W USB Wall Charger
with USB Cable.
ANY POWERED USB PORT:
Plug ChargeLight in via “USB IN” on
ChargeLight to any powered USB port with
USB Cable.
LED FLASHLIGHT OPERATION
ChargeLight has five (5) light modes that
affect performance and longevity: 100%,
50%, 10%, STROBE and OFF. To turn the
flashlight ON and OFF, use the LARGE
POWER BUTTON. Press once for 100%,
again for 50% (within 2 seconds), again for
10% (within 2 seconds), again for STROBE
(within 2 seconds), and again for OFF. If
an additional light mode is not selected
within 2 seconds, it will remain in the
current mode setting, and the next
selection will turn the flashlight OFF. As
an example, if you press once for 100%
and let 2 seconds expire, then press the
button again, the flashlight will turn OFF.
Depending on the mode selection,
ChargeLight will have various levels of
output and runtime. When operated for a
long time, ChargeLight may get
uncomfortably warm. This is NORMAL and
is NOT a defect. The only way to reduce
operating heat is to SIGNIFICANTLY lower
the output. When used for short periods of
time, heat will not be a problem. Selecting
a lower power mode when using
ChargeLight for extended periods of time
will prolong battery life and reduce heat
build up.
BATTERY PACK OPERATION
ChargeLight is also a convenient and
portable battery pack for recharging your
favorite USB devices, such as
smartphones, tablets, cameras, MP3
players, GPS devices, and more.
To recharge any USB device, plug a USB
Cable into ChargeLight and press the
SMALL POWER BUTTON to turn ON the
Battery Pack. When you are done using
the Battery Pack, press and hold the
button again for two (2) seconds to turn
OFF the Battery Pack.
ChargeLight includes Pass-Through
Technology, which allows you to recharge
ChargeLight and your favorite device at
the same time. ChargeLight will not
overcharge any of your devices.
ChargeLight is capable of recharging most
USB devices multiple times before
needing to be recharged.
The included USB Adapter is rated at
10W, 2 Amps, and will not cause any
damage to ChargeLight. ChargeLight is
internally regulated to prevent any
damage.
RECHARGE TIMES
Recharging ChargeLight is easy and safe.
ChargeLight can be recharged from
multiple USB power sources, and typically
takes about three (3) hours to recharge,
depending on the depth of discharge
(DOD).
LOCK FEATURE
ChargeLight has an integrated Lock
Feature that disables all functions to help
prevent ChargeLight from accidentally
turning on.
To Turn Lock "On": Press and hold both
buttons for three (3) seconds. The RED
charge LED will flash three (3) times
indicating ChargeLight is Locked.
To Turn Lock "Off": With ChargeLight
locked, press and hold both buttons for
three (3) seconds. The GREEN charge
LED will flash three (3) times indicating
ChargeLight is Unlocked.
How To Tell If ChargeLight Is Locked: If
ChargeLight is locked, the charge LED will
alternate RED and GREEN when either
button is pressed.
UNDERSTANDING CHARGE LED
The CHARGE LED on ChargeLight
displays the internal battery’s state of
charge (SOC). When powered ON,
ChargeLight will display three (3) LED
conditions: GREEN, RED and BLINKING
RED.
GREEN LED: ChargeLight is fully charged
and ready to go.
RED LED: ChargeLight is discharged, but
still able to provide power.
BLINKING RED LED: ChargeLight is
completely discharged and needs to be
recharged. In this state, ChargeLight is
NOT able to recharge any device or power
the LED Flashlight.
When recharging ChargeLight the RED
LED will fade ON and OFF then turn solid
GREEN when fully charged.
BLINKING RED AND GREEN LEDS:
ChargeLight is locked.
WARRANTY
The NOCO Company (“NOCO”) warrants
that its ChargeLight products (the
“Product”) will be free from defects in
material and workmanship for a period of
one (1) year from the date of purchase (the
“Warranty Period”). For defects reported
during the Warranty Period, NOCO will, at
its discretion, and subject to NOCO’s
technical support analysis, either repair or
replace, for the fees set forth below, any
Product manufactured by NOCO that
contains such a defect. Replacement parts
and products will be new or serviceably
used, comparable in function and
performance to the original part and
warranted for the remainder of the original
Warranty Period. THE FOREGOING
LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF AND
EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES
NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN,
WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY

Entreposez votre appareil uniquement sur
des surfaces planes. Si votre appareil tombe,
il peut être endommagé. Sauvegardez votre
appareil dans des endroits secs.
N'entreposez pas votre appareil à côté de
champs magnétiques, comme son
fonctionnement pourrait être altéré, ou la
batterie pourrait se décharger suite à
l'exposition à des champs magnétiques. Les
cartes à bande magnétique, y compris les
cartes de crédit, de téléphone et cartes
d'embarquement, peuvent être
endommagées par des champs
magnétiques. N'utilisez par des caisses de
transport ou des accessoires à fermeture
magnétique, ou n'exposez pas votre appareil
pour une durée prolongée. Évitez d'exposer
l'appareil à des changements dramatiques
de température ou d'humidité. N'entreposez
pas l'appareil dans des lieux à très haute ou
basse température, inférieure à 0° C ou à la
lumière du soleil directe. Votre appareil peut
exploser s'il est laissé dans un véhicule
fermé, comme la température interne peut y
atteindre jusqu'à 80 °C. N'exposez pas votre
appareil aux rayons du soleil directs pour
des durées de temps étendues (par exemple
sur le tableau de bord d'une voiture). Ne
mettez pas la batterie au feu, ou dans un
autre appareil de chauffage (tel un
micro-ondes, four, convecteur). L'appareil
peut exploser s'il est en surchauffe. Évitez
d'exposer l'appareil à une pression externe
élevée, qui peut causer un court-circuit ou
une surchauffe. N'entreposez pas votre
appareil avec des objets en métal, tels des
pièces, des clés et des colliers.
Nettoyage. Nettoyez l'appareil immédiate-
ment s'il entre en contact avec tout ce qui
pourrait l'endommager, y compris toute forme
de liquide et de poussière. Avant de le
nettoyer, déconnectez tous les câbles et
éteignez l'appareil. Utilisez un tissu doux et
sans peluchage (micro-fibres). Évitez toute
forme de moisissure dans les ports ou
ouvertures. N'utilisez pas de produits
nettoyants ni d'air comprimé.
Chargement de la batterie. Chargez
l'appareil avec le câble USB haute vitesse et
l'adaptateur secteur NOCO 10 Watts (non
compris) ou bien un câble USB d'un fabricant
fiable et un adaptateur secteur 10-Watts
compatible USB 2.0, ou bien des adaptateurs
secteur conformes avec un ou plus des
standards suivants :
EN 301489-34, IEC 62684, YD/T 1591-2009,
CNS 15285, ITUL.1000 ou une autre norme
d'adaptateur secteur pour différents
téléphones portables. Certains adaptateurs
secteur génériques sont de faible qualité et
peuvent représenter un risque électrique
grave, qui peut provoquer des blessures ou
dommages à l'utilisateur ou l'appareil. Si vous
utilisez un adaptateur secteur USB générique,
veuillez contacter le fabricant pour découvrir
si votre adaptateur secteur correspond au
normes décrites plus haut. L'utilisation de
câbles ou de chargeurs endommagés, ou le
chargement dans un environnement humide
peut provoquer un choc électrique.
L'utilisation d'adaptateurs secteur génériques
ou provenant d'autres fabricants peut
diminuer la durée de vie de votre appareil ou
provoquer son mauvais fonctionnement.
NOCO décline toute responsabilité pour la
sécurité de l'utilisateur lors de l'utilisation
d'accessoires ou fournitures qui ne sont pas
validées par NOCO. Lors de l'utilisation d'un
adaptateur secteur USB NOCO pour le
chargement de l'appareil, soyez sûr que la
prise est entièrement fichée dans l'adaptateur
avant de la brancher sur le secteur. Les
adaptateurs secteur peuvent se réchauffer
durant une utilisation normale, un contact
prolongé de la peau peut produire des
blessures physiques. Veillez toujours à une
ventilation adéquate autour des adaptateurs
secteur au moment de les utiliser.
Pour une durée de vie maximale de votre
batterie, évitez de la charger plus d'une fois
par semaine, comme une surcharge peut
raccourcir sa durée de vie. Avec le temps, un
appareil qui n'est pas utilisé se déchargera et
devra être rechargé avant usage.
Déconnectez le chargeur des sources de
courant lorsqu'elles ne sont pas utilisées.
Utilisez l'appareil uniquement pour les
fonctions prévues.
Mineurs. Si l'appareil est destiné par
"l'acheteur" à être utilisé par un mineur,
l'adulte achetant accepte de fournir avant
utilisation des instructions et mises en garde
détaillées à chaque mineur avant usage. Un
manquement à cette précaution est la
responsabilité de "l'acheteur", qui accepte
d'indemniser NOCO pour n'importe quelle
utilisation ou mauvaise utilisation par un
mineur.
Interférence des fréquences radio. Soyez
attentifs aux panneaux signalétiques et
indications interdisant ou restreignant
l'utilisation d'appareils électroniques (comme
par ex. des installations de santé, ou des
aires à risque d'explosion). Bien que l'appareil
ait été conçu, testé et fabriqué pour être
conforme aux règlementations relatives aux
fréquences radios, les émissions de l'appareil
de ce type peuvent affecter le fonctionnement
d'équipement électrique, causant au pire une
mauvais fonctionnement. Éteignez l'appareil
quand c'est interdit, comme pendant les
voyages en avion, ou quand les autorités
vous demandent de le faire.
Appareils médicaux. L'appareil peut émettre
un champ électromagnétique. Ces champs
électromagnétiques peuvent interférer avec
des pacemakers ou d'autres appareils
médicaux. Si vous en avez un, veillez à
toujours maintenir au minimum une distance
de 15 cm entre votre pacemaker et l'appareil.
Si vous pensez que l'appareil interfère avec
votre pacemaker ou tout autre appareil
médical, cessez d'utiliser l'appareil
immédiatement et consultez votre médecin.
L'appareil contient des composants
magnétiques pouvant interférer avec des
pacemakers, défibrillateurs ou autres
appareils médicaux.
Maladie. L'utilisation de la lampe
haute-intensité intégrée comporte un risque
en cas de photosensibilité. Le mode
stroboscopique peut causer des crises
d'épilepsie photosensible chez certaines
personnes pouvant conduire à des blessures
graves, voire à la mort.
Lumière. Ne fixez pas le faisceau lumineux et
ne dirigez pas la lampe directement dans les
yeux. Cela peut conduire à des lésions
oculaires permanentes. Cet appareil est fourni
avec une lampe LED haute-intensité au point
focal préréglé, émettant un puissant faisceau
à la plus haute intensité. Pendant l'utilisation,
l'appareil peut devenir extrêmement chaud et
causer des blessures au contact. Évitez
d'utiliser l'appareil pour une durée prolongée
ou alors réduisez l'intensité du faisceau
lumineux.
Environnements explosifs. Ne chargez ou
utilisez pas l'appareil dans un environnement
potentiellement explosif, ce qui comprend les
zones d'approvisionnement en essence, ou
des zones dont l'air comprend des produits
chimiques ou des particules (tels le grain, la
poussière ou la poudre métallique).
Conformez-vous aux panneaux signalétiques
et instructions.
Activités à conséquences sérieuses/dan-
gereuses. L'appareil n'est pas destiné à être
utilisé dans des lieux où la défaillance de
l'appareil peut conduire à la mort, à des
blessures physiques ou à des dégâts à
l'environnement.
Risques d'asphyxie. Certains accessoires
NOCO peuvent présenter des risques
d'asphyxie pour des enfants en bas âge.
Gardez ces accessoires hors de portée des
enfants en bas âge.
Limitation de responsabilité
La batterie de l'appareil est uniquement
destinée à être utilisée conjointement avec
l'équipement USB approprié. Veuillez
consulter la notice de l'emballage pour
déterminer si la batterie est compatible avec
l'appareil USB concerné. NOCO est
responsable d'aucun dommage causé à
n'importe quel appareil USB produit par
l'utilisation de cet appareil.
NOCO n'est pas responsable, de quelque
manière que ce soit, envers vous ou un tiers,
des dommages que subiront vous ou un tiers
et résultant de l'utilisation intentionnelle ou
fortuite, ou de l'utilisation abusive de cette
batterie conjointement avec tout appareil ou
accessoire autre qu'un appareil USB
approprié pour lequel cette batterie a été
conçue. NOCO est responsable d'aucun
dommage que vous ou un tiers pourriez subir
et résultant d'une utilisation abusive de la
batterie tel que cela a été défini plus haut. Si
