Safety
• All light fittings must be installed in accordance with
current safety regulations to prevent life-threatening
accidents. Installation should only be performed by those
with agood knowledge of electrical wiring. Contact
aqualified electrician if you do not possess therequired
knowledge to perform such aninstallation on yourown.
Follow theinstructions carefully and keep them for future
reference.
• Theceiling light is only meant to be used in clean, dry
indoor environments. Donot expose thelight fitting to
water, moisture or other liquids.
• Never attempt to repair or modify theceiling light in anyway.
• Only use adry cloth to wipe thelamp clean when needed.
• Thebulb can become very hot duringuse. Letit cool
thoroughly before changing.
Installation
Note: Ifyou are at all unsure about proper installation
procedures, seek theadvice of someone with therequisite
knowledge to help you perform such aninstallation or consult
aqualified electrician.
Thelight fitting needs to be earthed (class I).
Warning: Before beginning any electrical
installation always disconnect thepower
to thecircuit you are working on, either by
turning off themain circuit breaker or by
removing thefuse from theconsumerunit.
Makesure that there are no obstructing
cables or pipes behind thewall/ceiling
area where you have planned todrill.
Wired installation without asocket or
apre-mounted ceilinghook
1. Use asuitable ceiling hook and screw it securely into
theceiling at anappropriate mountingpoint.
2. Connect theelectrical supply cable to thelamp’s
terminalblock. Hangup thelamp onto theceilinghook.
Pushtheceiling cup flush against theceiling and tighten
theceiling cup set screw securely.
3. Fit alight bulb (E27, max 60W).
4. Turn thepower backon.

This product should be disposed of in accordance with local
regulations. Ifyou are unsure how to proceed, contact your
local council.

1. Obtain aplug cable and connect its wires to thelamp’s
terminalblock.
2. Connect theplug to
thepower point and hang
up theceiling light onto
theceilinghook.
3. Push theceiling cup flush
against theceiling and
tighten theceiling cup set
screw securely as shown
in theillustration.
4. Fit alight bulb (E27, max
60W).
5. Turn thepower backon.
