The Harmony and Harmony H|Sync

intelligent drivetrain systems are the

ﬁrst continuously variable automatic

shifting systems for bicycles.

Each system combines electronic shifting

with the award-winning N360™ CV P.

The Harmony system has two handlebar

controller options, offering ultimate

ﬂexibilityand control.

The Harmony H|Sync system is intregrated

completely with leading eBike drivetrain

systems, utilizing the eBike user interface

and allowing optimized inter action

between the eBike and Harmony H|Sync

shifting system.

The NuVinci Optimized CVP

The NuVinci Optimized technology is

a continuously variable planetary (CVP)

drivetrain offering an inﬁnite number of

ratios inside its wide ratio range.

Ratio changes occur within the hub

smoothly via internals that are sealed

forlife and maintenance-free.

Harmony Advanced Controller

The Harmony Advanced Controller offers

both fully automatic and manual shifting

options. The rider switches between

“Automatic” and “Manual” modes by

pressing the “Mode” Button on the

Advanced Controller housing.

In Automatic Mode, Harmony automati-

cally adjusts ratio to maintain the rider’s

preferred cadence. The rider can choose

their ideal cadence setting by rotating

the grip. The blue LED “RPM” display

indicates the cadence setting.

Note: The NuVinci Optimized

CVP cannot be shifted completely

through the ratio range when stationary.

The Harmony system will intelligently

wait for pedaling or wheel movement

if wide ratio changes are commanded

while stationary.

In Manual Mode, the rider is able to

shift on their own with “ride by wire”

technology. Like the cable-shift system,

the steeper the orange “hill” on the LED

display, the easier the ratio for climbing.

Harmony Base Controller

The Harmony Base Controller makes

automatic shifting as simple as pressing

a button to choose your pedal cadence.

The cadence settings (typically slow,

medium or fast) are preset by the eBike

manufacturer according to the bike and

gearing speciﬁcation.
