Make sure that the power supply is off while wiring.

Take care that wrong wiring will damage the sensor.

Verify that the supply voltage variation is within the rating.

Takecarethat ifa voltageexceeding theratedrangeis applied,or ifanAC

power supply isdirectlyconnected, the sensor may get burnt or damaged.

In case noisegenerating equipment (switching regulator, inverter mo-

tor, etc.) is usedin the vicinityof thisproduct,connect the frameground

(F.G.) terminal of the equipment to an actual ground.

If powerissuppliedfromacommercialswitchingregulator,ensurethattheframe

ground (F.G.) terminal of thepower supply isconnected toan actualground.

Do notuse duringthe initialtransient time(0.5 sec.)after thepower

supply isswitched on.

Take care that short-circuit of the load or wrong wiring may burn or damage the sensor.

Do not run thewires together withhigh-voltagelines or power lines or put

them in the same raceway. This can cause malfunction due to induction.

Takecare thatthe sensoris notdirectlyexposed tofluorescent light

from a rapid-starter lamp or a high frequency light device.

If the surface of the sensing object has a shine,

mount the sensor inclining approx. 10 to 15 degrees

against the sensing object.

Do not touch the lens of the sensor by handdirectly. If

the lens becomesdirty, wipeit off with a soft cloth gently.

Whenthe inside lens is steamedup, unscrew the

lens to get rid of the condensation.

For bLX-101-غ-Z,

e sure to use the optional cable with connector.

Extensionuptototal100mis possiblewith0.3mm

2, or more, cable.

However, inorder toreduce noise, make thewiring as short aspossible.

Thissensor issuitable for indoor useonly.

Donotuse thissensorinplaceshavingexcessivevapor, dust,etc.,or

where it maycome in direct contact with water, or corrosivegas.

Takecare that theproduct does not comein direct contact with water,

oil, grease, or organic solvents, such as, thinner,etc.

Make sure that stress by forcible bend or pulling with

76N, or more, force

is not applieddirectlyto thesensor cablejoint.

This sensor cannot be used in an environmentcontaining inflammable

or explosivegases.

Never disassemble or modifythe sensor.
