any material, initially accepted for a refund, and to generate a

invoice of charges in case of poor handling of the material.

All Pando products come with its warranty, as long as they

are properly handled and installed by trained personnel.

Returns are only permitted, if products are returned with its

original packaging

Shipping charges are included only for speciﬁc European

Countries and for Net Sales per shipment above 400 €. Please

check with our Export department for your country. Speciﬁc shipping

charges will be included on the invoice.

Los productos Pando disponen de garantía, siempre y cuando los

mismos estén debidamente manipulados e instalados por personal

especializado. Sólo se aceptará la devolución de material en su

embalaje original.

Portes de envio incluidos para Península Ibérica, Baleares y Canarias.

Para pedidos inferiores a 300 € (Venta Neta), los portes serán debidos.

Los portes del envío se incluirán en la factura.

En el caso de recambios, se cobrarán los portes en la factura.
