Sensor Hub (EF001)
Sensor Hub allows for 3 additional sensor ports to be added to iPDU. Two (2) Sensor Hubs can be installed
with a PDU allowing for 8 sensor measurements.
Environmental sensors are engineered with an embedded microchip that
converts analog signals to digital format before data travels to the PDU,
providing greater data accuracy. This smart design also enables easy plug &
play installation that takes just moments to complete.
The Sensor Hub allows for up to 8 environmental factors to be measured
and monitored per PDU to allow for greater eciency and favorable
operating conditions.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug a standard Ethernet cord into either Sensor-1 or Sensor-2 port on the iPDU.
Note: A iPDU can identify and measure up to 6 sensors, while the Sensor Hub can connect up to 3
sensors, each. If using two (2) Sensor Hubs on one (1) iPDU, connect the rst sensor Hub to the Sensor-
1 port on the iPDU. Connect the second Sensor Hub to the Sens -2 port on the iPDU. or
2. Plug the other end of the Ethernet cord into a port location on the Sensor Hub.
3. Plug additional environmental sensor cables into the remaining ports on the Sensor Hub.
4. Use double-sided tape and/or cable ties to secure the Sensor Hub. The Sensor Hub can be attached to
the inside or outside of the rack, per user preference.
