• Only use this product when full assembled. If any part is missing or damaged stop the assembly and contact the

helpline.

• Do not tilt, stand on or lean over the sides of the chair as this will cause the chair to become unbalanced and result in

an injury. Always ensure all castors are rmly placed on a level surface.

2 people required to lift the unit during assembly.
