our PowerBass
XL Amplifier. The small size
of
these amplifiers
make them a perfect solution for UTV's,
golf
carts,
motorcycles and other Power Sport vehicles.
In order
to
ensure proper operation
it
is highly
recommended
to
wire both the Ground (GND) and
Positive (BATT+) cables from your amplifier
to
the
battery directly.
Due
to
the extensive use
of
aluminum frames and
insulators on these type
of
vehicles,
it
may be
difficult
or
impossible
to
get
the amplifier
to
operate properly
by
using a chassis ground.
A
POOR
GROUND
CAN
RESULT
IN
ONE
OR
MORE
OF
THE
FOUOWING
PROBLEMS
:
•
Cause
the
amplifier
to
cut
out
intermittenUy
•
Cause
the
power
cables
to
overheat
and
possibly
melt
the
terminals
on
the
amplifier
•
Create
engine
noise
•
Damage
the
radio
