SAFETY

BEFORE THE FIRST USE
NOTE: NEVER USE THE FONDUE POT ON ANOTHER HEATING
SOURCE THAN THE SUPPLIED HEATING BASE.
•Take the appliance andaccessoriesoutthebox.Removethe
stickers,protective foilorplasticfrom thedevice.
•Clean the forks and the fondue pot with warm soapy water and dry them
thoroughly.
•Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10
cm.free space around the device. This device is not suitable for
installation in a cabinet or for outside use.
USE
•The fondue pan is suitable for various types of fondue, such as the
classic meat fondue, as well as cheese fondue, a chocolate fondue or a
Chinese fondue (with broth).
•You can preheat the ingredients in a pan before pouring it into the
fondue pot.
•Fill the pan with oil, cheese, stock or chocolate, but do not fill it above the
1.5l maximum mark.
•Place the plug into the socket and set the thermostat to the desired
setting.
•Set the thermostat at the desired temperature.

•These temperature settings are indicative. It is possible you have to to
adjust the thermostat in order to reach the ideal temperature.
•As soon as the appliance has reached the set thermostat setting, the
indicator light will go out.
•While in use, the temperature light will go on and off: this shows that the
thermostat is working correctly and that the contents of the pan are being
heated at the set thermostat setting.
•Stir the fondue to make sure that it is fully melted.
•Prick the food onto the fondue fork
•Dip the food into the fondue and stir it into the fondue for a few seconds.
•Take the fondue fork from the fondue pot and remove the food.
•To switch off the appliance, turn the thermostat dial to the minimum
temperature and remove the main plug from the wall socket.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•Before cleaning or maintenance, always switch off the appliance, remove
the mains plug from the wall socket and wait until the appliance has
cooled down.
•Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquids for cleaning.
•Clean the forks and the fondue pot with warm soapy water and dry them
thoroughly.

VOOR HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
LET OP: GEBRUIK DE FONDUEPAN NOOIT OP EEN ANDERE
WARMTEBRON DAN DE BIJGELEVERDE VERWARMINGSBASIS.
•Haal het apparaat en de accessoires uit de doos.Verwijder de stickers,
de beschermfolie of het plastic van het apparaat.
•Reinig de vorken en de fonduepan in warm sop en droog ze grondig af.
•Plaats het apparaat op een vlakke, stabiele ondergrond. Zorg voor
minimaal 10 cm vrije ruimte rondom het apparaat. Dit apparaat is niet
geschikt voor inbouw of gebruik buitenshuis.
GEBRUIK
•De fonduepan is geschikt voor verschillende soorten fondue, zoals de
klassieke vleesfondue, evenals kaasfondue, chocoladefondue of
Chinese fondue (met bouillon).
•U kunt de ingrediënten in een pan voorverwarmen voordat u deze in de
fonduepan doet.
•Vul de pan met olie, kaas, bouillon of chocolade, maar niet boven het 1,5
l maximummarkering
•Plaats de stekker in het stopcontact. Zet de thermostaat in de gewenste
positie.
•Stel de thermostaat in op de gewenste temperatuur.

•Deze temperatuurinstellingen zijn indicatief. Het is mogelijk dat u de
thermostaat moet instellen om de ideale temperatuur te bereiken.
•Als het apparaat de gewenste thermostaat instelling heeft bereikt, gaat
de indicator uit.
•Tijdens gebruik gaat de temperatuurindicator aan en uit: dit geeft aan dat
de thermostaat correct werkt en dat de inhoud van de pan tot de
gewenste thermostaat instelling wordt verwarmd.
•Roer door de fondue om ervoor te zorgen dat deze volledig smelt.
•Prik het voedsel op de fonduevork.
•Dip het voedsel in de fondue en roer het een paar seconden door de
fondue.
•Neem de fonduevork uit de fonduepan en verwijder het voedsel.
•Draai de thermostaatknop naar de minimale temperatuur en verwijder de
netstekker uit het stopcontact om het apparaat uit te schakelen.
REINIGING EN ONDERHOUD
•Schakel voor reiniging en onderhoud altijd het apparaat uit, verwijder de
netstekker uit het stopcontact en wacht totdat het apparaat is afgekoeld.
•Dompel het apparaat voor reiniging niet onder in water of andere
vloeistoffen.
•Reinig de vorken en de fonduepan in warm sop en droog ze grondig af.
MILIEU
Dit apparaat mag aan het einde van de levensduur niet bij het
normale huisafval worden gedeponeerd, maar moet bij een speciaal
inzamelpunt voor hergebruik van elektrische en elektronische apparaten
worden aangeboden. Het symbool op het apparaat, in de
gebruiksaanwijzing en op de verpakking attendeert u hierop. De in het
apparaat gebruikte materialen kunnen worden gerecycled. Met het

AVANT LA PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
NOTE: N'UTILISEZ JAMAIS LE CAQUELON À FONDUE SUR UNE
AUTRE SOURCE DE CHAUFFAGE QUE LA BASE DE CHAUFFAGE
FOURNIE.
•Sortez l'appareil et les accessoires hors de la boîte.Retirez les
autocollants, le film protecteur ou le plastique de l'appareil.
•Nettoyez les fourchettes et le caquelon à fondue à l'eau savonneuse
chaude et séchez-les soigneusement.
•Mettez l'appareil sur une surface stable plate et assurez un dégagement
tout autour de l'appareil d'au moins 10 cm. Cet appareil ne convient pas
à une installation dans une armoire ou à un usage à l'extérieur.
UTILISATION
•Le caquelon est idéal pour divers types de fondues, ainsi la fondue
bourguignonne classique mais aussi la fondue savoyarde, la fondue au
chocolat ou la fondue chinoise (au bouillon).
•Vous pouvez préchauffer les ingrédients dans une casserole avant de
les verser dans le caquelon à fondue.
•Remplissez le caquelon d'huile, de fromage, de bouillon ou de chocolat
mais sans dépasser le repère maximum de 1,5l.
•Insérez la fiche dans la prise et réglez le thermostat à votre convenance.
•Réglez le thermostat à votre convenance.
Réglages de thermostat :
1.Chocolat

4.Huile
•Ces réglages de température sont indicatifs. Vous pouvez avoir à ajuster
le thermostat afin d'atteindre la température idéale.
•Dès que l'appareil a atteint le réglage de température spécifique,
l'indicateur s'éteint.
•Pendant l'usage, l'indicateur de température s'allume et s'éteint. C'est
l'indication que le thermostat fonctionne bien et que le contenu du
caquelon est chauffé au réglage de température spécifique.
•Remuez la fondue pour vous assurer qu'elle a bien fondu.
•Piquez les aliments sur la fourchette à fondue.
•Plongez les aliments dans la fondue et remuez pendant quelques
secondes.
•Sortez la fourchette à fondue du caquelon à fondue et retirez les
aliments.
•Pour arrêter l'appareil, tournez la molette du thermostat sur la
température minimum et retirez la fiche secteur de la prise murale.
NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
•Avant le nettoyage ou l'entretien, arrêtez toujours l'appareil, débranchez
la fiche secteur de la prise murale et attendez que l'appareil refroidisse.
•Ne plongez pas l'appareil dans l'eau ou autres liquides pour le nettoyer.
•Nettoyez les fourchettes et le caquelon à fondue à l'eau savonneuse
chaude et séchez-les soigneusement.
ENVIRONNEMENT
Cet appareil ne doit pas être jeté avec les déchets ménagers à la
fin de sa durée de vie, il doit être remis à un centre de recyclage pour les
