IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Please read this instruction thoroughly before fitting the tray.
This product is recommend to be fitted by a workshop or qualified mechanical person.
WARNINGS
• Before installation, make sure that the vehicle is stationary and the wheels chocked.
• Be careful when laying wires, not to cause any electrical shorts or wire breakage.
• After installation ensure the bonnet can close without hitting the newly installed battery
and battery tray.
• Ensure original parts and pipes have sufficient clearance from the tray and battery.
Push them away from the tray if required.

Tray Location Engine bay, passenger side rear
NOTE: Another option would be to fit a small high crank starting battery of around (630CCA) in the new
Heavy Duty Dual Battery tray to be fitted and the original battery position could hold a 100Ah battery.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Make sure that the vehicle is stationary, the engine is switched off and cool.
Disconnect the negative and positive battery terminals from the main battery.
2. Remove main battery. Remove M6 bolt holding wiring loom bracket at rear of
battery and discard bracket and battery box (if supplied).
3. Remove 2 x M8 nuts from Bosch relay and remove M8 bolt on brake line bracket
on the lower firewall.
4. Relocate fuel line on plastic clips on fire wall to the lower position on plastic clip.
