ThePureAcousticsindoor/outdoorspeakersaremanufacturedtoresistavarietyof

weatherconditions.However,theyarenotwaterproof,soifyoudecidetoplaceyour

speakersoutdoors,positionthemsotheyarenotexposedtotheelements.The

undersidesofmosteavesandoverhangsprovidethebestprotectionfor

indoor/outdoorloudspeakers.

bracketfirst.Attachthespeakerstothebracketsusingthelargeplasticknobs

supplied.Nevermountaspeakeronawallmadeofunreinforceddrywallor

plasterboard.Ifyouareunsure,consultaprofessionalcontractor.

HOOKINGITUP

ThebindingpostspeakerterminalsonthePureAcousticsindoor/outdoorspeakers

willaccommodateupto12-gaugewire.Whenconnectingthespeakers,itisvery

importanttoobservethecorrectpolarity.Thismeansthatthewireattachedtothe(+),

red,orpositiveterminalononecomponentmustbeattachedtothe(+),red,or

positiveterminalonthecorrespondingcomponent’sspeakeroutputterminals.

Similarly,the(-),black,negative,orgroundterminalsmustconnecttotherespective

(-),black,negative,orgroundterminals.Thisiseasytodobylocatingthecolor,
