• Do not plug in the sauna while it is folded for storage.
• Prolonged use can lead to overheating.
Usage Recommendations:
• Do not use the sauna for more than 30 minutes per day.Daily Limit:

• Consumed alcohol or alcoholic beverages recently

Understanding Hyperthermia
Hyperthermia occurs when the internal temperature of the body rises
several degrees above the normal body temperature of 98.6°F (37°C).
Symptoms of Hyperthermia:
• Increase in internal body temperature
• Dizziness
• Lethargy
• Drowsiness
• Fainting
Eects of Hyperthermia:
• Failure to perceive heat
• Failure to recognize the need to exit the sauna
• Unawareness of impending hazards
• Potential fetal damage in pregnant women
• Physical inability to exit the sauna
• Unconsciousness
